Abstract: An overhead tracked support system for heavy sliding doors and room dividers has wheeled bogey units (1) running inside a hollow track and fitted with a sprung mounting for upper lateral guides comprising plates (33) held inside the upper profile of the track. The elastic mounting has a bracket (3) secured to the bogey frame via fitting holes (111) and with the ends provided with mounting holes (315) to secure the plates. The track includes retarding points, at each end of the travel as well as at intermediate points.

Abstract: The first profile frame (10) has an upper U-section portion with vertical sidewalls (11,19) with internal ribs. There is a vertical downwardly extending portion (12) with a broad undercut groove (13) accommodating flanges on large diameter pins (30) which pass through round bores near the top of the sheet of glass (40). The other end of each pin is held by a screw (35) which engages a second profile element (20). A downward-sloping ridge (22) on the second profile frame element engages in a groove (14) in the first profile frame.
