    Abstract: Un proceso para limpiar una pistola pulverizadora (1) usando una copa de pintura desechable (3), pistola pulverizadora que durante la limpieza se sujeta con una mano, incluyendo el proceso los pasos de quitar la copa de pintura desechable (3) de la pistola pulverizadora (1); y colocar la pistola pulverizadora (1) en una posición de limpieza dentro de una unidad limpiadora (5) para limpiar la pistola pulverizadora; donde la unidad limpiadora (5) se coloca en o directamente junto a una cabina de pintar por pulverización (2) o una zona de preparación (31), caracterizado porque el proceso incluye además los pasos de proporcionar un medio limpiador (7) en forma de un disolvente; alimentar el medio limpiador (7) a una boquilla limpiadora (6), boquilla limpiadora que, a la activación de la unidad limpiadora (5), se abre y permite la salida del medio limpiador; dirigir el medio limpiador (7) a un paso de distribución de pintura (8) dentro de la pistola pulverizadora (1) a través de una entrada (9) en la pistola pulverizadora para distribuir pintura a la pistola pulverizadora; e inducir presión sobre el medio limpiador (7) cuando pasa a través de la pistola pulverizadora (1).

    Abstract: The method involves withdrawing a disposable paint suction cup (3) of a spray gun (1). The gun is placed in a cleaning position inside a cleaning unit (5) that is utilized for cleaning the gun, where the cleaning unit is positioned in or directly nearer to a spray painting booth (2) or a preparation zone (31).
