Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent speed variation of a particular actuator from changing its speed by supplying pressure oil preferentially to it even if the saturation state of the amount of pump discharge occurs, to maintain the priority for the actuator irrespective of settings of the engine speed and to realize good operability, in a hydraulic driving device having an LS system. SOLUTION: A differential pressure reducing valve 11 is provided to output differential pressure between discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump 2 and the maximum load pressure of actuators 3a, 3b, etc., as an absolute pressure. Also a differential pressure reducing valve 51 is provided to output pressure according to the engine speed as an absolute pressure. Target compensation differential pressure is set by introducing the output pressure of the valve 11 to non-slewing pressure compensation valves 7b and 7c, whereas target compensation differential pressure is set by introducing the output pressure of the valve 51 to a slewing pressure compensation valve 7a. A limiter 91 is provided in a pump inclination rolling variable mechanism 90 of a pump inclination rolling control mechanism 12. The limiter 91 sets the minimum discharge amount of a hydraulic pump 2 to the largest requested flow rate for slewing or more.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent fine controllability when an engine speed is set at low level by improving a saturation phenomenon according to the engine speed in a load sensing control type hydraulic drive device. SOLUTION: Pressure differences across flow control valves 6a, 6b, and 6c are controlled to the same pressure differential ΔPLS by pressure compensating valves 7a, 7b, and 7c, respectively, and the pressure differential ΔPLS is maintained at a target pressure differential ΔPLSref by a pump capacity control device 5. Also, a flow detection valve 31 is installed to the delivery routes 30a and 30b for a fixed displacement hydraulic pump 30 so as to change the target pressure differential ΔPLSref according to a variation in the speed of an engine 1, and a pressure differential ΔPp across the variable throttling 31a of the flow detection valve 31 is led into a set change device 32 so as to change the target pressure differential ΔPLSref. Thus the flow detection valve 31 varies the opening area of the variable throttling 31a according to the pressure differential ΔPp across the variable throttling 31a itself, and also varies the pressure differential ΔPp according to the speed of the engine 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for a working vehicle that can suppress the vibration and impact of a body generated by the action of large load and earth cutting. SOLUTION: In the case of no-load or light load, the opening of a proportional solenoid valve 23 is in a fully opened state, and the vibration of a body 2 is absorbed and damped by the outflow-inflow of oil between a hydraulic cylinder 6 and a pressure accumulator 11, and a throttle 12. When load is increased, the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder 6 is shortened, and a control part 24 throttles the proportional solenoid valve 23 on the basis of the detection value of a stroke sensor 22. When the stroke becomes less than the specified value s1 , the proportional solenoid valve 23 is put in a cut-off state to lock the hydraulic cylinder 6. Work with large load acting thereon can thereby be performed without hindrance, and since the proportional solenoid valve 23 is throttled to lower the speed before the hydraulic cylinder 6 is locked, impact and vibration are suppressed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To absorb and damp vibration generated during running without having any effect upon workability. CONSTITUTION: The vibration resulting from the roughness of a road surface, which is generated while a working vehicle 1A is running, is transmitted to an axle 3, and expands and contracts the piston of a hydraulic cylinder 6 mounted between a vehicle body 2 and the axle 3 vertically. This expansion and contraction is carried out by deforming a triangular link mechanism consisting of a part of a hydraulic cylinder 6, a link 7 and the vehicle body 2. Pressure oil moves at a space to an accumulator 11 through a throttle 12 according to the expansion and contraction. The compressive elasticity of gas accumulated by the accumulator 11 works as a spring function, and the throttle 12 exhibits a function of vibration damping. The working reaction generated during working is received by the collision of the stopper elements 15a, 15b of a stopper 15 before the hydraulic cylinder 6 reaches the stroke end on its contraction side.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To absorb and damp vibration during travel by providing piping for connecting hydraulic cylinders connected between an axle and a body, and controlling the opening area of a valve, provided between the piping and a pressure accumulator connected to the piping, according to the grade and frequency of pressure fluctuation in the piping. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic cylinders 11a, 11b between a body 2 and the lateral sides of an axle 3 are communicated with a pressure accumulator 13 by piping 12, and a solenoid proportional valve 14 is provided between the piping and the pressure accumulator 13 and controlled by a controller 15 in such a way as to have opening area corresponding to the pressure in the piping and the fluctuation cycle of this pressure. When the pressure in the piping 12 is intensified, the opening area of the solenoid proportional valve 14 becomes large so as to make pressure oil flow easily into the pressure accumulator 13 from the piping 12, but in the case of the pressure in the piping 12 being reduced, the supply of pressure oil is suppressed. As a result, the repetition of inflow/ outflow of pressure oil to/from the accumulator 13, that is, the pressure vibration of the accumulator 13, is damped. In conclusion, the solenoid proportional valve 14 functions as a damper.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acculately control an inclination angle of a pump in spite of pressure change of pump line by controlling the inclination angle of a variable displacement hydraulic pump to be a target angle based on an instruction signal value of the inclination angle, a real measured value of the inclination angle and the discharge pressure. SOLUTION: Signal 9 is corrected in a feedforward manner by converting the pressure variation of a pump line 5 to the variable quantity of spool position for making zero of pressure flow to an oil chamber 4 by a correction computing part 17. When the inclination angle of the pump 1 reaches a target inclination angle θref and difference Δθ becomes zero a solenoid valve 7 returns to a spool state where rising portion of pressure Ps of the pump line 5 is corrected and the feed/exhaust of pressure oil to the oil chamber 4 is not executed. As a result, the inclination angle of the pump 1 is stable without being influenced by the pressure of the pump line 5 and response is quick owing to the feedforward correction of the influence of pressure variation.

Pressure oil chambers 11b, 12b of each hydraulic cylinder are connected to communicate by a communication pipe line 14. An accumulator 18 is connected to the communication pipe line through a parallel pipe line 15 comprising the first pipe line 15a having a throttle 16 and the second pipe line 15b having a check valve 17. The check valve 17 is set to a direction of regulating a flow of pressure oil from the accumulator 18 to the hydraulic cylinder.
