    Abstract: Process for dyeing mesh fabrics and woven fabrics, made from cellulose fibers and mixed yarns thereof, in rope form on a winch beck or jet dyeing apparatus by the exhaustion method at a short liquor ratio in the presence of at least one auxiliary, using an aqueous liquor containing dyes or dye precursors which are suitable for the type of fiber and optionally fixing chemicals, wherein dyeing is carried out at a liquor ratio of 1:3 to 1:8 (on the weight of the dry goods) and 2-8 g/l of an anionic or non-ionic, aliphatic softener are used, on its own or as a mixture, as the auxiliary.

    Abstract: 1476247 Dyeing wool and wool-polyester unions HOECHST AG 7 Aug 1974 [8 Aug 1973] 34853/74 Heading D1B Textile materials consisting of or containing wool are dyed in a continuous process by impregnating e.g. padding with an aqueous liquor containing one or more reactive dyes which contain one or more N-methyltaurinoethyl sulphone groups at pH 6.5-7.5 and then fixing the dyeing without intermediate drying using saturated steam at 110‹-120‹C. The dyeing liquor contains 2-10 g/litre ammonium sulphate or 10-20 g/litre sodium acetate, an auxiliary comprising alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salts of alkyl and/or alkylaryl sulphonic acids and one or more addition products of alkylene oxides with aliphatic alcohols and optionally a thickening agent. The steam fixation step takes 1-10 minutes. Example 3 describes the dyeing of wool-polyester union using a mixture of reactive dye and a disperse dye for the polyester, the disperse dye being fixed by a dry heat treatment.

    Abstract: Process for the continuous dyeing and printing of piece goods made of synthetic polyamide fibers, preferably blended with cellulosic fibers, using reactive dyestuffs according to a thermofixing method, by applying onto the textile material an aqueous padding liquor or a printing paste, which has been weakly acidified by means of a buffer system of acetic acid and an alkali metal acetate and which contains a fiber-reactive dyestuff whose reactive groups have reversibly been masked by reaction with an alkali metal salt of an N-alkyl-aminoalkyl-sulfonic acid, and after drying of the material fixing the dyestuff on the two fiber components by means of dry heat.
