Abstract: The invention provides cleaning and detergent compositions which contain about 0.2 to 5 weight % of at least one compound of the general formula (I) in which R stands for a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R1 stands for a hydrogen atom or an alkali metal or NH4-ion.
