PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply, easily and economically producing high purity aqueous solution of hydroxylamine nitrate. SOLUTION: This method for producing the aqueous solution of hydroxylamine nitrate comprises neutralizing the aqueous solution of hydroxylamine sulfate or hydroxylamine hydrochloride with a base, distilling the obtained neutralized solution, and then bringing the distilled hydroxylamine into contact with nitric acid. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusehead of high safety in handling as its sensitivity is low, and capable of being used in a wide range, and manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: This fusehead comprises a plurality of ignition leads not having metallic electric bridges, and an ignition agent covering tip parts of the plurality of ignition leads and including a mixture of electrically conductive polymer and an oxidizing agent. Further it comprises a black wire body made out of electrically conductive polymer and connecting the plurality of ignition leads not having the metallic electric bridges and the tip parts of the ignition leads, and a non-powder ignition agent covering the black wire body. Further it comprises the non-powder ignition agent, the black wire body covering the non-powder ignition agent and made out of the electrically conductive polymer, and the plurality of ignition leads mounted on the black wire body and not having the metallic electric bridges. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position indicating marker capable of indicating a position on a water surface over a long period. SOLUTION: This position indicating marker is provided with a first water surface coloring means which immediately colors the water surface after landing on the water, and a second water surface coloring means which continuously colors the water surface over a long period after landing onto the water.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building shielding unit, capable of shielding a building of a facility from the side to the upper surfaces by remote control, in the case of accident generation in a nuclear material treatment facilities, such as a fast breeder reactor and preventing discharge of radioactive materials, radiation, etc., from the nuclear material treatment facility. SOLUTION: The building shielder surrounds the side of the nuclear material treatment facility with water, to change fast neutron discharge from the nuclear material treatment facility into thermal neutron and forms a pyrolant layer on a pylorant holding member placed to cover the nuclear material treatment facility. By making it react, it is changed into a strong reaction product capable of forming a block to be a protective member.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick match which is easy to handle, is quick in flame propagation, is high in flame temperature and may be easily manufactured and a method of manufacturing for the same. SOLUTION: This quick match is constituted by having a filamentary body and Viton-containing pilorant with which the filamentary body is impregnated. This method of manufacturing the Viton-containing pilorant comprises penetrating a solution obtained by dissolving the Viton-containing pilorant into acetone in the filamentary body.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency building isolation equipment, capable of instantaneously isolating a nuclear material using facility from the environment during the occurrence of accidents which discharge radioactive materials and radiation, and preventing or reducing the diacharge of the radioactive materials and radiation to the environment and containing without occupying a large space, when it not used. SOLUTION: The emergency building isolation equipment has an expandable structure folded in layers, a shielding body capable of covering the upside of the building, in expanded state, a shield body expanding means for expanding the shielding body from folded state to expanded state using gas pressure generated by combustion of gunpowder and a shielding body guiding means for guiding the expanding shielding body in the upward direction.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop impact absorbing auxiliary device for human body capable of preventing the occurrence of an malfunction and improving the reliability. SOLUTION: Since a drop condition of a human body is detected by an acceleration detection means 31, an accumulated value of a position signal 44 of a position detection means 42 becomes negative polarity by the drop of the human body, and an air bag is inflated when it is detected that this condition continues for a predetermined time, a fall detection signal 45 is not outputted for the action that returns to an initial position such as a jump and the action having a short continuation time of a drop condition such as jumping down a small step.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To conduct early fire extinguishing by respectively detecting a burning temperature and light of an ignited article which caught fire from a heating apparatus, and starting a fire extinguisher by means of a control means when these detection signals satisfy specific conditions. CONSTITUTION: A light detection signal outputted from an optical sensor 2 and a temperature detection signal from a temperature sensor 1 are inputted to a control means 4. The control means 4 analyzes the inputted light detection signal and/or temperature detection signal to detect fire occurrence. Namely, when the temperature detection signal exhibits a temperature rise higher than a fixed speed or the light detection signal exhibits a light quantity larger than a specified value, the fire occurrence is judged. When the fire occurrence is judged, a starting signal is outputted to a fire extinguisher starting means 3 to spray a fire extinguishing agent by means of a fire extinguisher 5 for extinguishing the fire. As a temperature sensor 1, a temperature sensitive element can be used. As an optical sensor 2, a sensor capable of detecting a visible light beam can be used.

PURPOSE:To accurately break a large balloon, and to facilitate the withdrawal thereof by providing an ignition means on the balloon main body for observation, by reeling a part of the balloon main body to the vicinity of the ignition means, and by igniting the part through the ignition means so as to break it. CONSTITUTION:When an observation apparatus 26 lifted aloft in the air by a balloon 21 is to be withdrawn, an electric wave command is given to a rope cutter 24 from a remote controller so as to actuate the cutter, and a suspending rope 22 is cut thereby. A rocket driving part is actuated through a CPU that receives the electric wave command by a receiving part 7, while a take-up pulley 8 is turned by the jet energy generated by the driving of small rockets 9a, 9b, and a string body 11 is taken up thereby. A part of a balloon main body 21a as well as a fixed arm 10, guide arms 12a, 12b are reeled to a support arm 3, whereafter an ignition means 4 is actuated, and the reeled part is burned to be broken, so as to let the balloon 21 fall.
