Abstract: PURPOSE: To facilitate suspension of a panel by forming a panel structure out of elongate channel panels, first elongate carrier members, second carriers, and means for mounting the second carriers on the first carrier members. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling panel structure 10 is made up of first elongate carrier members 12, 14, 18, 20, second carriers 30, 32, 34, and brackets 36, 36,... for mounting the second carriers on the first carrier members. Then, support surfaces 46 which support the members 12, 14, 18, 20 each holding a rim member 56 of a panel 28 are arranged at a longitudinal interval corresponding to a distance of D.secα in the members 12, 18, and at a longitudinal interval corresponding to a distance of D.cosecα in the members 14, 20. Next, the rim members 56 of the plurality of panels 28 having an inverted channel cross section are suspended from support surfaces of the respective members 12, 14, 18, 20 of the structure 10 mounted on a ceiling or the like, and the rim members 56 are engaged with holding members 70 of the carriers 30, 32, 34 to reinforce the same, to thereby constitute the ceiling. Thus, suspension of the panels 28 is facilitated.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To detachably and firmly fix a screen panel by assembling first and second members by holding machine element, and holding and fixing them with latch clips slidable on the first member. CONSTITUTION: A first member 10 and second members 20, 30 which are a set of parallel, narrow, long, and hollow members are formed. They are mutually arranged laterally so that the end parts of the second members 20, 30 comprising the first and the second panels of a grid unit are brought in contact with the side part of the first member 10. Secondly, holding machine elements 18, 25, 60, 61 provided in the ends of the second members 20, 30 are engaged with openings 22 and recess parts 24 provided in the side part of the first member 10 so that the both members 10, 20, 30 are assembled.
