Abstract: The present invention discloses a mobile health intelligent medical guide system and method thereof. The method comprises steps: collecting patient chief complaint, sending the patient chief complaint to a cloud server, analyzing and processing the patient chief complaint, text word segmentation, fuzzy matching and sorting recommendation technologies, generating a disease examination result, and generating an intelligent medical guide result to be fed back to the mobile terminal; reminding the patient to supplement the chief complaint information if the patient does not end this query or the diagnosis result does not achieve the optimum, and then optimizing the disease examination result and the intelligent medical guide result until the patient ends the query or the diagnosis result achieves the optimum. The system disclosed can assist the patient to perform self-helped disease examination and medical guide in the mobile environment, thereby promoting the development of the mobile medical technology.

Abstract: Dynamic tracking methods for an in-vivo three-dimensional key point and an in-vivo three-dimensional curve can include mapping a first local region to a first local point cloud and mapping a second local region to a second local point cloud according to a mapping relation between an endoscopic image and the point clouds; determining a first three-dimensional key point of a first two-dimensional key point on the first local point cloud, and acquiring a second three-dimensional key point on the second local point cloud through a coordinate transformation; and mapping the second three-dimensional key point back to the second local region, so as to acquire a second two-dimensional key point from a next image; and acquiring two-dimensional coordinates of a tracked key point by minimizing a preset optimization function in combination with an initial two-dimensional key point, and finally acquiring corresponding three-dimensional coordinates.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a device for constructing a medical knowledge graph and an assistant diagnosis method. The assistant diagnosis method based on a medical knowledge graph comprises the steps of: acquiring complaint data and examination data of a patient and processing the data to obtain symptom entities and sign entities of the patient; searching, from the medical knowledge graph, disease entities associated with the symptom entities and the sign entities, calculating a posterior probability of each disease entity separately under a set of its corresponding symptom entities and sign entities; and outputting a disease entity with a maximum posterior probability as well as data corresponding to its associated nodes. Abstract: The invention provides an intelligent auxiliary diagnosis method, system and machine-readable medium. The method comprises: calculating relevancy between keywords of chief complaint in a current medical record and in a standard medical record and Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) themes to acquire a set of vectors for current medical record-theme relevancy and a set of vectors for standard medical record-theme relevancy; calculating the similarity between the chief complaint in a current medical record and the chief complaint in a standard medical record, based on the set of vectors for current medical record-theme relevancy and the set of vectors for standard medical record-theme relevancy; and determining a corresponding standard medical record, according to the similarity. The invention can be used for preliminary determination of a current medical record and intelligent diagnosis, thereby greatly reducing the pressure on hospital staff and improving patient experience.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for synchronously storing multi-modal information of portable endoscope. The method includes: S1: when a mobile terminal acquires data collected by a portable endoscope and updates local data with the acquired data, acquiring update record of the local data of the mobile terminal; and, S2: when the mobile terminal is synchronized with a cloud, synchronizing data in the mobile terminal with data in the cloud by using the update record as information to be synchronized. By creating a table to be synchronized to store change information and location information of files and selectively performing synchronization from the mobile terminal to the cloud or from the cloud to the mobile terminal according to whether or not the table to be synchronized is null during synchronization, unnecessary synchronization operations, storage burden of the mobile terminal and synchronization time and traffic are all reduced.
