The reflection surface 22 is shaped and disposed so as to be capable of adjusting the amount of light irradiated to a peripheral portion of the lens substrate 30 such that the amount of reflected light directed to the peripheral portion is substantially equal to or greater than a central portion of the lens substrate 30, and a difference in the amount of light irradiated between the central portion and the peripheral portion of the lens substrate 30 is adjusted by using the amount of reflected light from the refection surface 22.
