The rubber modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin (A) according to the present invention is a polymer resin wherein grafted rubbery polymers are dispersed in the form of particles in a matrix of vinyl copolymer. The rubber-modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin (A) includes grafted rubbery polymers in an amount of about 10 to about 100% by weight and the matrix of vinyl copolymer in an amount of about 0 to about 90% by weight. The brominated diphenyl ethane mixture (B) may have about 1 to about 25% by weight of diphenyl ethane having an odd number of bromine substituents.
Abstract:
An apparatus for manipulating fluid samples comprises a micro-chip device having first and second covered channels, each channel having openings at both ends. The channels intersect to form a common intersection. Three of the openings of the channels are connected to a multi-port valve to control pressure in the device.

The flame-retardant high impact vinyl aromatic resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) about 100 parts by weight of a rubber modified vinyl aromatic resin; (B) about 1 to about 30 parts by weight of a brominated diphenyl ethane mixture; and (C) about 1 to about 10 parts by weight of antimony oxide. The resin composition can have excellent fluidity as well as high impact strength and can provide a flame-retardant high impact vinyl aromatic resin composition having excellent workability and mechanical properties.
Abstract:
Provided are an attitude control system and method of a spacecraft of an artificial satellite that may enhance a maneuverability and a controllability by simultaneously applying a reaction wheel and a thruster among drive units used to maneuver an attitude of the spacecraft of the artificial satellite. The attitude control system may include: a thruster-based attitude controller which control firing time of thrusters mounted on the spacecraft; and a reaction wheel-based attitude controller controlling driving of a reaction wheel mounted on the spacecraft. The spacecraft may include a plurality of reaction wheels. When a defect occurs in the spacecraft due to a partial malfunction of the reaction wheels, an attitude maneuverability of the spacecraft may be corrected by simultaneously applying the thruster-based attitude controller and the reaction wheel-based attitude controller.
Abstract:
A reaction wheel momentum management method using a null space vector is provided. In accordance with this method, when any one of at least four reaction wheels used for triaxial control is made unavailable or degraded, a degraded wheel is used as long as possible for improving the mobility of the behavior of a satellite. The method provides momentum management for an N-number of reaction wheels W1, W2, . . . WN used for triaxial control of a satellite B by using a null space vector, and includes the steps of: (S10) measuring the current speed and momentum of the wheels in real time and comparing the measured current speed and momentum with a preset maximum speed and momentum; (S20) calculating a zero torque Tn based on a difference between the current speed and momentum and the maximum speed Wi,max and momentum Hi,max by the step (S10); (S30) adding the zero torque acquired by the step (S20) to a wheel torque Ta required for controlling and stabilizing the attitude of the satellite; and (S40) making the wheels reach an optimum bias momentum state by using the input torque of the wheels acquired by the step (S30).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for outputting a convergence index, and more particularly, to a method for outputting a convergence index by utilizing patent information. According to the method for outputting the convergence index of the present invention, the convergence index can be outputted by using time information related to a patent which is included in a patent group, a patent classification, and an industrial classification that corresponds to the patent classification. The method for outputting the convergence index of the present invention systematically outputs the convergence index by using patent data, which is an objective data, thereby outputting the convergence index which is objective and appropriate.

Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for fabricating 1-dimensional micro-arrays using parallel micro-fluidic channels on chemically-modified metal, carbon, silicon, and/or germanium surfaces; a μL detection volume method that uses 2-dimensional nucleic acid micro-arrays formed by employing the 1-dimensional DNA micro-arrays in conjunction with a second set of parallel micro-fluidic channels for solution delivery, and the 1-dimensional and 2-dimensional arrays used in the methods. The methodology allows the rapid creation of 1- and 2-dimensional arrays for SPR imaging and fluorescence imaging of DNA-DNA, DNA-RNA, DNA-protein, and protein-protein binding events. The invention enables very small volumes necessary for a variety of bioassay applications to be analyzed by SPR. Target solution volumes as small as 200 pL can be analyzed.
Abstract:
Digital broadcasting content is viewed by a user, such as through a portable terminal having a broadcasting receiver configured to receive digital broadcasting content. An original travel path is obtained based on a travel destination. The portable terminal determines if a broadcasting blind zone exists relative to the original travel path. If the broadcasting blind zone or zones exist, the portable terminal provides navigation instructions for a modified travel path which avoids the broadcasting blind zones.
