    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently performing amendments and editing of extraction rules according to a specification document group.SOLUTION: The system is configured to: store a specification document to be checked in a computer readable format on a memory unit while storing rules with a graph structure for carrying out the check; create a rule application table of whether an element of the specification document is a subject of application of the rules; derive an average information amount of whether the specification document satisfies the rules for each node rule of the graph structure by exploring the rule graph structure; derive a priority order index from the rule application table at each node rule while exploring the rule graph structure by a depth-first search; and display an amendment candidate rule according to the value of the priority order index.
