PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an art is required for monitoring and auditing that a moving body does not violate security conditions in a property or a controlled area, wherein the moving body including a user is permitted to enter the controlled area in which the property is stored.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for managing a property associated with a work instruction or an element associated with the property, a system thereof, and a computer program. The method includes: a step for reading the security conditions associated with the work instruction, the property or the elements; a step for starting, upon starting the work instruction, to monitor location information of the property or the element, and the moving body or a staying time in the location; and a step for issuing an event for managing the property, the element or the moving body according to the start of the work instruction or a fact that the location, a change in the location or the staying time in the location that are acquired by the monitor violates the security conditions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article delivery method, online shopping method, online shopping system, server and seller server capable of enhancing the anonymity of a purchaser. SOLUTION: The purchaser 3 orders a commodity from a member store 2 by use of an anonymous ID, and a slip 100 having no individual information on the purchaser 3 described thereon is used for the dispatch of the commodity from the member store 2 to an anonymous service provider 1. After this slip is converted into a slip 200 having the address, name and the like of the purchaser 3 described thereon in the anonymous service provider 1, the commodity is delivered to the purchaser 3.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window control method to display a chat window which is not a hindrance and can be used immediately when needed. SOLUTION: When the amount of contents to be displayed in a window reaches a prescribed value, the window is enlarged to a first size on boot-up of application program, and if at least a part of the contents to be displayed in the window is erased, the window is scaled down to a second size that is smaller than the first size.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide collaboration on the internet without introducing collaboration software to a system on the customer side. SOLUTION: A customer 130 performs access through a collaboration server 110 to an external web server 140. The collaboration server 110 replaces the URL of transition destination of html acquired corresponding to a request from the customer 130 with a character string containing the host name of the collaboration server 110 and transition destination identification information and transmits it to the customer 130. When the customer 130 clicks a link, the collaboration server 110 specifically and substitutively acquires the URL to be actually acquired from the transition destination identification information and returns it to a customer side browser. On the agent side, a browser monitoring program monitors the browser, the URL to be actually acquired is specified on the basis of the notice of transition from the collaboration server 110 and the same html as a user is acquired.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the behavior of a collaboration client in accordance with a context in the case of the Internet. SOLUTION: An HTTP request from a client side browser is transmitted to a web server 140 through an information terminal support server 110. The server 140 transmits a context corresponding to the request to a client side web browser 131 through the server 110. In such a case, the server 110 checks the contents of the context, inserts a command into the context in the case of deciding that the contents meet a prescribed condition, and transmits the context to which a command is not inserted to the client side web browser 131 and the context with the command inserted to an agent side web browser 131. The client program 135 of an agent side information terminal 130 reads the embedded command through an API provided in the web browser and performs the prohibition of submit form change and processing for the non- display of a specific form field according to the contents of the command.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary cloud server which selects and provides services including a secondary cloud by dynamically determining a service level agreement, according to a track record value of the service level provided by a primary cloud or updated preference information, and also to provide a method and computer program to provide the service. SOLUTION: A track record value of the service level within a predetermined period of the first service provided based on the first service level agreement to a user is obtained. The second service level agreement which is different from the first service level agreement is determined based on the track record value of the service level. The second service which satisfies the determined second service level agreement is selected from the services provided by the primary cloud and secondary cloud based on the service selection priority, and provided together with the first service. SOLUTION: When the user passes a ticket barrier 71 of a station, a record of passing is sent from a passage information distribution device 70 and stored in a notification service server 40, and a record of the user reaching home is stored in the notification service server 40 also. When an order for a service is sent by using a user terminal 20, it reaches a delivery service server 60 of a delivery company via the notification service sever 40. Thereafter, when the user passes the ticket barrier 71 of the station, the time the user reaches home is calculated on the basis of the records stored by the notification service server 40, and timing of the service can be adjusted.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system capable of providing a service to a user in an optimal timing. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving the order of delivery package, a shipping agent server 40 transmits a delivery date checking request to a service provider server 30. The service provider server 30 receives the delivery date checking request, and checks the schedule of a user being the destination of delivery. Then, the service provider server 30 extracts the date, time and place that are convenient to deliver the package to the user, and reports the date, time and place to the shipping delivery agent server 40.
