Abstract: Provided are a method, device, and computer program for generating medical case-specific representative images and radiographic image interpretation information on the basis of previously stored images. Wavelet features of a plurality of previously imaged and stored images are calculated, keywords included in radiographic image interpretation information for each of the stored images are extracted, and the calculated wavelet features and the extracted keywords are associated with the stored images, and stored. The stored images are categorized and a plurality of groups are generated on the basis of the extracted keywords, and the centroid vector of feature vectors based on the wavelet features of each image corresponding to the keywords included in a generated group is calculated. The spatial distance between the calculated centroid vector and the feature vectors based on the wavelet features of each image corresponding to the keywords included in the group is calculated, and the image having the smallest calculated spatial distance and the radiographic image interpretation data associated with said image are stored as representative images of the group.
