    Abstract: PURPOSE: To manufacture a long wire by introducing submicron-sized powder of superconductive ceramic material to a copper pipe to coat the inner surface of the pipe, and supplying oxygen into the pipe, while maintaining the outer side of the pipe in inactive atmosphere, for sintering the powder. CONSTITUTION: Water solution of nitrate of Y, Ba and Cu is atomized to be micron-sized liquid drops to be carried in a furnace by an oxygen gas current to be submicron-sized powder of superconductor of Y1 Ba2 Cu3 O7 , this fine powder is introduced to a copper pipe of a specified length, and its inner wall is coated under a proper temperature gradient to form a uniform and high-density film. Next, the copper pipe is placed in an inactive atmosphere, heated oxygen is supplied to the inside, and it is heated from the inside to be sintered. The copper surface on the outer side is protected by the inactive atmosphere from oxidation A long wire can thus be manufactured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an optical data memory provided with an attachable and detachable medium capable of efficiently solving a dust contamination problem with a small scale at low cost without sacrificing an internal air flow required for appropriate cooling. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor 14 and a motor controller 132 are provided in an electronic card 202 attached to a housing 200. An FOE 150 is attached to an internal casing 204 and provided with an aperture 206. An optical head is present between the FOE 150 and the motor 14 and electronic parts such as a controller, a magnet controller, a focusing servo and a track-and-seek servo, etc., are attached to the electronic card 210. An air foil 212 is attached to the optical head 20 and the inlet door 222 of the housing is rotated to a pair of shafts. A projected edge 226 and a discharge port 230 are provided along an inlet 220 and a fan 232 is attached and arranged near the discharge port. When a cartridge is inserted to a lower partition chamber, it is separated from the air flow of the fan 232, a disk 12 is exposed and the air foil 212 protects it from the air flow near the head 20.
