Abstract: YO9-90-002 A FORM AUTHORING TOOLKIT A form authoring toolkit for on screen form design and filling on an interactive display. A user-friendly interface allows non-programmers to design and process electronic and paper forms. The toolkit is separated into two modes, a designer mode which lets a designer create on-screen forms, and a user mode which lets a user fill information in corresponding form entries on the interactive display.
