Abstract: A method for accessing hypertext documents (e.g. web pages)on a data processing comprises the steps of: opening a plurality of selected documents, calculating an affinity indicator for each pair of selected documents according to a comparison between semantic information of a content of each selected document of the pair, grouping the selected documents into a set of groups by assigning each selected document to at least one of the groups according to the affinity indicators, and displaying the selected documents in an arrangement corresponding to the grouping thereof.
