Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the functionality of a mobile network device by enabling both mobile and fixed type network devices to cooperate with each other. SOLUTION: According to the level of an access privilege, access to part of web contents which are displayed to a user is selectively provided and different part of the web contents is transmitted for display on a different user- specified device. A proxy entity is introduced between a web server and a user position. A document which is presented to a plurality of users has a policy file in which a plurality of privileged groups are defined. Each privileged group has the right to access a set having a different tag. Each user logs in a given group and makes the proxy discriminate all devices that the user has through service discovery.
