Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a liquid crystal display device cope with design of frame narrowing by surely and easily attaching and detaching a rear frame and a lamp to and from a front frame. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is provided with a front frame 41, a rear frame 42, a diffusing plate 43 set between the front frame and the rear frame, and a lamp 424 which is stored in the rear frame and is set so as to face the diffusing plate, and the front frame 41 and the rear frame 42 have side faces fixed by an attachable and detachable fixing tool 5.
