Abstract: transmission of transparent-data video pictures. SUBSTANCE: method involves building transparent data into motion-transmitting video picture incorporating set of frames by building additional data in mentioned motion-transmitting video picture using encoding method with interframe prediction. This method involves allocation of at least one additional-data build-in area in frame, defining of type of interframe prediction for mentioned build-in area including data to be built in obeying rule for building in such data that specifies consistency between content of data built in and type of interframe prediction for mentioned build-in area; motion-transmitting video picture is encoded using for the purpose interframe prediction of definite type.
