Abstract: A method for non-invasive detection of ingested medication which provide for one or more processors to receive images of medications designated for a user prior to ingestion of the medications by the user. The one or more processors capture an ultrasound image during ingestion by the user by an ultrasound device removably adhered to a throat area of the user. The one or more processors determine whether contents of the ingestion by the user includes one or more of the medications designated for the user, and responsive to determining the contents of the ingestion by the user includes one or more of the medications designated for the user, the one or more processors generate a confirmation that includes identification of the detected medications ingested by the user.

Abstract: In an approach to automatically downsampling DNA sequence data using variational autoencoders and preserving genomic integrity of an origional file embodiments execute, by an encoder, bootstrapping on genomic sequence data to produce resamples.Furthermore, embodiments assess, by the encoder, unrepresentativeness and self-inconsistency of the resamples and selecting a representative resample according to the assessment, and build, by a modified encoder, vector representations from genotype likelihoods based on the selected representative sample. Additionally, embodiments integrate, by an analytics engine, mapping positional information and the genotype likelihoods to identified optimum vector representation of a resample, and decode, by a modified decoder, the identified optimum vector representation of the resample to obtain a down-sampled read file that resembles and maintains the genomic integrity of the original file.

Abstract: Sensor data captured over time and associated with a plurality of livestock animals can be analyzed to determine health conditions associated with a plurality of livestock animals and to determine interactions of the livestock animals. The interactions specify at least distances between the livestock animals, duration of the distances, and frequency of the interactions. A health graph network is constructed, which includes nodes and edges, a node in the nodes representing a livestock animal and specifying at least a health condition of the represented livestock animal, an edge connecting at least two of the nodes and representing an interaction between at least two animals represented by said at least two of the nodes. Based on the health graph network, a potential outbreak among a subgroup of the livestock animals can be predicted.

Abstract: Method and systems for identifying dangers in an accessible environment. Computer vision and video analysis is performed on one or more images and/or video of the accessible environment to generate a series of still frames for a database of training images and natural language processing (NLP) is performed on one or more written reports to generate textual parameters. An online image similarity search is performed using the textual parameters to generate additional images for the database of training images and a risk/danger prediction model is generated based on the database of training images. One or more potential dangers are identified, and one or more warnings are generated using the risk/danger prediction model.
