PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a competitive analysis using an estimation analysis. SOLUTION: The evaluation information generation apparatus is provided with: an input means 71 for inputting an estimation data set constituted of estimation data indicating the degree of estimation concerned with a specific target and allowed to be divided into a plurality of sections; an estimation data storage means 72 for storing the inputted estimation data set; a totalization means 73 for totalizing the appearance frequency of estimation data whose estimation degree is a prescribed degree out of the estimation data constituting the estimation data set in each section of the stored estimation data set; a totalization result storage means 74 for storing a totalization result; an extraction means 75 for extracting necessary information from the stored totalization result; an extraction result storage means 76 for storing the extraction result; a generation means 77 for generating evaluation information for the specific target by reflecting the totalization result in each extracted section; and an output means 78 for outputting the evaluation information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically extract a document satisfying a pattern from enormous amount of documents, to extract useful knowledge and to reduce time required for a response by generating a field-dependent dictionary from document data, generating a syntax tree considering modification, by means of a language analysis device and extracting/outputting a frequentlyappearing pattern by means of a pattern extraction device. SOLUTION: A language feature analysis device generates an analysis- dependent dictionary. A language analysis device needs to prepare a field- dependent dictionary for requiring an attribute adjusted to data to be analyzed. A word having the specified attribute is to be generated by each field. The language feature analysis device checks the word from actual data and registers it in the field-dependent dictionary. A pattern extraction device obtains a pattern, which frequently appears by using document data which is structure- analyzed by the device and takes out an original document having a syntax which is matched with the pattern. A frequently-appearing pattern device displays the document, having the detected frequently-appearing pattern and a syntax tree matched with it.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create high quality synthesis voice by connecting a plurality of phonemes. SOLUTION: A system comprises: a phoneme storage section for storing a plurality of phoneme data; a synthesis section for creating a voice data which indicates synthesis voice of a text by reading and connecting a phoneme data corresponding to each phoneme, which indicates pronunciation of the input text, from the phoneme storage section; a calculation section for calculating an index value which indicates unnaturalness of the synthesis voice of the text, based on the voice data; a paraphrase storage section for storing a second notation which is paraphrasing of a first notation by relating it to each of the plurality of first notations; a replacing section for replacing the searched notation with the second notation corresponding to the first notation, by searching notation which corresponds to any of the first notation from the text; and a determination section in which the created voice data is output on condition that the calculated index value is smaller than a reference value, and in which the text is input to the synthesis section so that the voice data of the replaced text may be further created, on condition that the index value is the reference value or more. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting text-to-speech synthesis, capable of efficiently generating high-quality synthetic speech. SOLUTION: The system supports text-to-speech synthesis, and comprises a learning data generating part which recognizes input speech and generates a 1st learning data, to make correspondence between notation and reading of a phrase; a frequency data generating part which creates a frequency data showing the appearance frequency of the notation and reading of the phrase, based on the 1st learning data; and a setting part which sets the frequency data to a language processing part which generates reading method, corresponding to the notation from the text notation, based on the appearance frequency of the reading so as to bring output speech of the text-to-speech synthesis that should be made close to the input speech. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly secured matching service that hides the contents of a priority list and a matching result from a service provider and a third party. SOLUTION: A computer for a service provider receives from each member of two groups who is a user of the service via a relay computer, a priority list in which member IDs of the other group is arranged in the priority order of a user and processing information that are encrypted so as not to be decrypted by the relay computer. The ID in the priority list is encrypted with an encrypting key that is common to all members. The computer for a service provider performs matching with the ID in the priority list being left encrypted when the list is decrypted. The computer for a service provider decrypts the processing information, brings it in a state in which the matching result can be decrypted by only a person concerned based on the processing information, and sends it to each member via the relay computer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately recognize accent of input voice. SOLUTION: Notation data for learning showing notation of each phrase of a text for learning, utterance data for learning showing characteristics of utterance of each phrase, and boundary data for learning showing whether or not each phrase is the boundary of an accent phrase, are stored. The candidate of the boundary data is input, and first likelihood in which the boundary of the accent phrase of each phrase of the input text is coincident with the input candidate, is calculated from input notation data showing notation of the input text for showing the content of the input voice, the notation data for learning, and the boundary data for learning. Second likelihood in which utterance of each phrase of the input text becomes utterance indicated by input utterance data, when the input voice has the boundary of the accent phrase indicated by the candidate of the candidate data, from input utterance data showing characteristics of the utterance of each phrase of the input voice, the utterance data for learning, and the boundary data for learning. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of giving natural reading and accents of a text. SOLUTION: The system for outputting the reading and the accent of the text, includes a storage section for storing a first corpus in which notation, the reading and the accent which are input beforehand, are recorded for each separation of a phrase contained in the text. Then, an object text which is an object for outputting the reading and the accent is acquired, and at least one group of the notation which matches the notation of the object text from groups of consecutive notation in the first corpus, is searched. In combined groups of the reading and the accent, corresponding to the group of the notation, which is searched, the combined group of the reading and the accent where the appearance probability for appearing in the first corpus is higher than a reference probability, which has been defined beforehand, is selected as the reading and the accent of the object text. In the said concept extraction 120, concepts by categories are extracted from data including document data. The said characteristics concept extracting device is a device for extracting a characteristics concept out of the said extracted concepts and concerning the said concepts by categories, a concept wherein the ratio of occupancy in a concept belonging to the other corresponding category exceeds a specified value is extracted out of concepts belonging to the same category.
