A system, method and computer program product for communicating Web-Services (WS) messages. First there is allocated an identical amount of a cache history-storage at each sender and receiver device for storing a history of communicated WS message strings. At the sender, there is generated an intermediate data representation (255, 260) of each message being built, the corresponding message string stored in the cache history storage. The message is communicated as a serialized data string according to the built data representation (255, 260). For each subsequent message to be communicated, the method comprises identifying identical portions (275) in intermediate data representations (255, 260) of a current message being built and replacing each identified portion in message strings with a reference indicator to a location in the cache history storage corresponding to an identical character string portion associated with a prior message that has been communicated. At the receiver device, the references are identified in received message strings and one or more intermediate data representations locally stored at the receiver device are substituted in the message to complete a build of the received message.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality image while using a fewer memories by allowing this system to include a step which judges whether data to be displayed on a display device expresse an object having one data or not and a step which constitutes buffers. SOLUTION: This system is a method for processing image data to be displayed on the display device and includes pixel words 230 having one or plural attributes concerning respective plural pixels and also a step storing the data to be displayed in buffers. Moreover, the system includes the step for judging whether the data to be displayed on the display device express one object in which the data become one among plural prescribed states or not and the step constituting buffers so that the data become one type among plural buffer types. Then, when the data to be displayed express the object in which the data become to be in a first state, the buffers are made to be a single buffer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power management using a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag. SOLUTION: A device is provided with or connected to a low-power detection device capable of detecting proximity of of the RFID tag which a user of this device puts on. It is preferable that the RFID tag acquires energy from the detection device and returns a signal informing the detection device that the tag exists nearby, to the detection device. When the tag is too far away from the detection device, the RFID tag cannot reply, and as a result, the detection device becomes aware of the absence of the tag. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating an annotated transcript of a presentation, and to provide an information processing system, and a computer program. SOLUTION: The method for creating the annotated transcript of the presentation includes steps of: receiving an annotation stream recorded on a mobile device, wherein the annotation stream includes time stamped annotations corresponding to segments of the presentation; receiving a transcript of the presentation, wherein the transcript is time stamped; and then merging the annotation stream with the transcript of the presentation by matching the time stamps from both the annotation stream and the transcript, for creating the annotated transcript of the presentation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that attains efficient communication among many devices executing various communication technology and protocols. SOLUTION: The communication protocol conversion system and method has one first interface device or more to receive a data signal according to a first communication protocol communicated by a first communication unit, a format converter that converts the received data signal according to a second communication protocol on the fly, and one second interface device or more to output a data signal to the second communication unit according to the second protocol. The protocol conversion system advantageously eliminates the need of multi-protocol support in the communication unit thereby keeping the device to have a comparatively small size.
