Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the motion of an animation to be adjusted by paint of display by a fundamental process. SOLUTION: Mechanism to adjust thread priority level of an animation thread is used. When the animation is about to start, the priority level of the animation thread is set as the priority level below a normal priority level and an animation process is executed. After that, the animation thread is reset as the normal priority level. Since the priority level of the animation thread is below the normal priority level, other competing process reacts faster when the animation process is executed. Consequently, client areas 141 in the other process are updated (painted) faster and since respective changes into the client areas 141 of the other process have a higher priority level, the update of the area is generated.
