Abstract: The invention discloses a method for correcting the error characters in the result of speech recognition and a speech recognition system. The method comprises the following steps: marking the error characters in the result of speech recognition; inputting the correct characters corresponding to the marked error characters by the input based on character s- shape; recognizing the stroke-based input; displaying the candidate characters; selecting the desired characters from the candidate characters by the user; and replacing the error characters wit h the selected characters, said method characterized by further comprising steps: filtering the candidate characters by means of the acoustic information of the error characters.
