PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively read out set information of a user without requiring the user to log in an information processor in a migration source side for migrating the set information. SOLUTION: This information processor in the migration source side for migrating the set information for setting an operation environment for each user to another information processor is provided with a user set information developing part for reading out the set information of the user logging in the information processor, from a set information recording file recorded with the set information of the every user, to be developed in an area on a memory space for holding setting for the information processor, a nonlogging-in user set information developing part for reading out the set information of the nonlogging-in user from the set information recording file, to be developed in an area different from the area on the memory space recorded with the set information of the logging-in user, and a migration file writing part for writing at least one portion of the developed set information of the nonlogging-in user in a shift file for recording the set information to be migrated to another information processor. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control propagation of information in a more proper form by measuring the prescribed characteristic of a received radio signal and deciding the response timing of the received radio signal, based on the measured characteristic and a response policy corresponding to the measured characteristics. SOLUTION: An electric field strength measurement device 5 measures the electric field strength of a radio electric signal outputted from a transmitter-receiver 3 which receives a radio signal received by an antenna 1, and gives the result to a communication controller 7. Upon the receipt of a connection request, the communication controller 7 decides when a reply is to be returned in response to the connection request and instructs the transmitter-receiver 3 to start communication in a proper timing. The transmitter-receiver 3 gives the connection request, including a terminal ID and a response policy for start of communication, to the controller 7 to await a connection reply from other radio transmitter-receiver. The waiting state transits to a call- receiving state, when receiving the connection request from other radio transmitter- receiver. In the call-receiving state, the communication controller 7 returns a connection response to decide whether or not communication is executed or when a response timing is returned, when replying the connection response.

According to the present invention, a wireless transceiver on a reception side performs the steps of: measuring a radio strength of a radio signal received from another wireless transceiver; and by using the measured radio strength and a response policy concerning radio strength, determining the response timing to the received radio signal. A wireless transceiver on a transmission side performs the steps of: specifying a response policy concerning a radio strength for other wireless transceivers that will receive a radio signal; and transmitting to the wireless transceiver a radio signal including the specified response policy. As a result, a wireless transceiver located in an area where the wireless transceiver on the transmission side can be connected can be specified.
