Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary cloud server which selects and provides services including a secondary cloud by dynamically determining a service level agreement, according to a track record value of the service level provided by a primary cloud or updated preference information, and also to provide a method and computer program to provide the service. SOLUTION: A track record value of the service level within a predetermined period of the first service provided based on the first service level agreement to a user is obtained. The second service level agreement which is different from the first service level agreement is determined based on the track record value of the service level. The second service which satisfies the determined second service level agreement is selected from the services provided by the primary cloud and secondary cloud based on the service selection priority, and provided together with the first service. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which comprehends a redundant entire system to acquire a connection relationship between a load balancing server and a cluster node in a load balancing system. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a means for acquiring first and second network data flowing in a network system; a means for determining whether contents of the first network data are identical with those of the second network data, and whether a destination address of the first network data is identical with a source address of the second network data; and a means for providing output indicating that the load balancing apparatus is set to have the source address of the second network data, and that a cluster node is set to have a destination address of the second network data, in response to a determination that they are identical with each other respectively. Abstract:
An indicator value indicating a processing cost or an environmental burden by a specified process or user is calculated. A calculation device calculates an indicator value indicating a processing cost or an environmental burden in a system equipped with a hardware component used by a plurality of processes or users. The calculation device comprises: an indicator value acquiring unit for acquiring the indicator value of the hardware component; an observed value acquiring unit for acquiring, for each of the processes or the users, at least one observed value changing according to the use of the hardware component used by the processes or the users; and a calculation unit for calculating, based on the obtained observed value, the used amount of the hardware component used by each of the processes or the users, distributing, according to the used amount, the indicator value obtained by the indicator value acquiring unit, and calculating the indicator value of a specified process or user in the hardware component.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection system for efficiently detecting abnormality arising in a control system and for separating the control system where the abnormality is found.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection system includes: multiple control systems that are connected to a network and respectively operate within an individual protection area; a monitoring part that is provided in each control system, inspects data exchanged between the control system and an opposing party's control system to be monitored, and transmits abnormality notification when the opposing party's control system is suspected of abnormality; and a management part 210 that aggregates the abnormality notification transmitted from each monitoring part in the control systems, evaluates a reputation of the control system suspected of abnormality, and causes a protection area where the control system suspected of abnormality operates to limit outbound traffic at least from the inside of the protection area when the suspected control system is determined to have abnormality by comparing an evaluation result with a standard.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply security protection to a control system in an important infrastructure, etc.SOLUTION: An abnormality detecting device 150 in the invention comprises: an identification part 152 for receiving event information that arises within a control network 130, referring to a configuration management database 170 that maintains a dependence relationship between resources (110, 120, etc.) including a control system 102 and between processes, and identifying a group to which a resource pertaining to the event information belongs; a policy storage part 160 for storing one or more policies to associate conditions for regulating a situation suspected of having abnormality with one or more actions; an addition part 156 for acquiring group-related information to be required in applying the policies, and adding the acquired information to the event information; and a determination part 158 for applying the event information to the policies, and determining an action to be associated with the corresponding conditions as an action to be executed. Then, the abnormality detecting device 150 detects abnormality in the control network 130.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know an execution subject of the divided jobs of a service in advance in cloud computing. SOLUTION: A second computer 700: (i) divides the service executable by the other plurality of computers 1500; (ii) associates a category to each divided job; (iii) receives a region code and an execution command of the service from a first computer 200; and (iv) for each of the plurality of jobs, (iv-1) retrieves a job category database using the region code and the category as keys and obtains an identifier list of the operations corresponding to the jobs, (iv-2) transmits the identifier list to the other plurality of computers, and (iv-3) transmits a set of the job, the identifiers of the other computers and the identifier list to the first computer when receiving a response that the operations corresponding to the identifier list can be executed from the other computers. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for automatically managing a service process. SOLUTION: The system comprises: a discovery part which detects data for a resource needed for execution of a service step; and a repository which holds, for each configuration item, one set of data showing a relation between at least one predetermined attribute of the configuration item and another configuration item, the one set of data being composed of data formed using a first configuration item model in which the service process is defined as one configuration item and data formed from the detected data using a second configuration item model in which one or more service steps are defined as one configuration item. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which can simplify management of configuration items so that the configuration items as the management object of a CMDB (configuration management database) can be managed appropriately. SOLUTION: A computer system for managing a plurality of configuration items includes: a repository for holding, for each of configuration items, a set of data indicative of a relationship between at least one predetermined attribute of the configuration item and another configuration item; a discovery section for detecting information related to a configuration item; and a data creation section which creates at least one of a new set of data from the information detected with the discovery section and in which the new set of data is stored in the repository and is managed as a configuration item. The present invention further provides a method and a computer program for managing, as one configuration item, a new set of data created from information detected with the discovery section for detecting information related to a configuration item.
