Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate the location of a time-dependent video hot link to a user by displaying dynamic image video that the user can select at a 1st part on a display device so as to make a link to different contents, and displaying an indication of the presence of the hot link area. SOLUTION: Some area 1080 in a video display window is coded by an embedded hyperlink. In this area, special information indicating a Hypertext Markup Language(HTML) file of a Uniform Resource Locator(URL) connected to a computer network at certain time intervals is coded into a video data stream. A panel bar 1030 includes an active light emission area 1060. The light emission area is green in a time interval wherein video has no coded hot link coded and turns red in a time interval wherein the video has a hot link.
