Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for considering the use of parts, and for discovering any parts which has any risk, and for relaxing the risk. SOLUTION: A material detail chart including non-preferred parts is received from a client system, and the material detail chart is stored in a material detail chart consideration data base, and non-preferred parts records are periodically retrieved and extracted from the material detail chart consideration data base, and the non-preferred parts records are stored in a deviation data base, and a department representative assigned to the non-preferred parts records is informed with those non-preferred parts records and a link to site questionnaires, and answers to the site questionnaires are received, and notification including an evaluation request for the use of the non-preferred parts related with the non-preferred parts is transmitted to an evaluating team, and any risk factor associated with the use of the non-preferred parts is evaluated, and the action plan of the risk relax in the use of the non-preferred parts is prepared, and a preferred parts strategy for minimizing a use request for the non-preferred parts is prepared, and the suitable component strategy is transmitted to the client system of an enterprise.
