    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of an apparatus by integrally molding a light transmission plate and a frame by providing both with deformation relieving means. SOLUTION: The light transmission plate 2 and the frame 3 are formed by integrating both by means, such as, for example, two-color molding. The coeffts. of linear expansion and water absorptivity of the members constituting the light transmission plate 2 and the members constituting the frame 3 are so set that their respective values are in a range within ±50%, by which the occurrence of the deformation by a difference between dimensional changes is prevented. An acrylic resin is optimum in terms of optical characteristics, such as transparency, as the members which may be adopted for the light transmission plate 2. Then, the dimensional shapes by the ambient temp. and humidity are made exactly the same with both 2, 3 and the occurrence of the deformation is averted if the acrylic resin colored to, for example, white, is adopted for the frame 3 as well. The use of universal resin materials for the frame 3 is made possible as the second deformation relieving means and ABS resins, etc., are adopted.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional mold device comprising a fixed mold and a movable mold, a return pin has to be fitted to the outside of a molding, the guide of a push-up plate has to be provided by using the push-up plate, and a support pin has to be provided since a spacer block is arranged in a place separated from the molding, so that the size of a large mold causes the increases of the cost of a member constituting the mold, the assembling manhour of the mold, and the space for preserving the mold. SOLUTION: In the mold device of an injection molding machine in which the molding is molded by the freely openable/closable fixed and movable molds, after the molding of the molding, both molds are opened, the molding is ejected by an ejector pin provided on the side of the movable mold, and the mold is clamped by the contact of the return pin provided on the side of the movable mold with the fixed mold, by providing an ejector-return pin having the functions of the ejector pin and the return pin, the return pin, the support pin, etc., which are arranged on the outside of the molding can be eliminated, enabling the miniaturization of the device.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is necessary to provide a return pin outside a molded product in a conventional mold apparatus consisting of a fixed mold and a movable mold, and it is necessary to provide the guide of a push-up plate because the push-up plate is used and it is also necessary to provide a support pin because a spacer block is arranged at a place separated from the molded product and the shape of the mold becomes large-sized and, therefore, the cost of the members constituting the mold increases and the number of mold assembling processes becomes many and the space for keeping the mold becomes wide. SOLUTION: The molded product is molded by freely openable and closable fixed and movable molds and ejected by the ejection pin provided to the movable mold after both molds are opened and the return pin provided to the movable mold comes into contact with the fixed mold to clamp the mold apparatus of the injection molding machine. In this mold apparatus, a pin having both functions of the ejection pin and the return pin is provided. By this constitution, the return pin, the support pin or the like arranged outside the molded product can be eliminated to enable the miniaturization of the mold apparatus.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the sink of a lens by a method wherein a dark color resin is previously injected to be molded and a light color resin is injected under high pressure when the dark color resin is in a semi-cured state to be allowed to penetrate into the low density part of the dark color resin. CONSTITUTION:A mold 20 is constituted so that a yellow mold part 21 and a red mold part 22 are slid at a specified position. At first, a red resin 11 is injected in the red mold part 22 to be molded into a lens part 2 for a taillight. When the red resin 11 becomes a semi-cured state, the mold 21 is slid and a yellow resin 12 is injected into the mold 21 under pressure higher than the injection pressure of the red resin 11. As a result, the yellow resin 12 penetrates into the central low density part of the red resin 11 in a semi-cured state to prevent the generation of a sink in the lens part 2 for the taillight. Since the yellow resin 12 penetrates in the central part delayed in curing of the red resin, the resin 12 is not exposed to the surface of the lens part 2 for the taillight and the lens part 2 for the taillight is kept red and a lens 3 for a direction indicator is kept yellow.
