Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a dispensing device which is capable of dispensing a fluid in a flexible sachet at a nearly uniform dispensing rate by a way of controlling the fluid in this sachet. CONSTITUTION: A liquid to be dispensed is supplied from a compressible container, such as the sachet, having a valve control outlet 66 into a dispensing nozzle 88 by compressing the sachet by the action of a pad 46 of a deformable material having elasticity. The dispensing device is embodied in the form of a hand-held unit having a trigger 102 and electric circuits 91, 96, 106 and 98 for applying a high voltage to the liquid in order to dispense the liquid in the form of an electrostatically charged, atomized spray.
