Abstract: The method involves exposing two devices to the same environment conditions. A value for the same physical dimension is determined with consideration of the environment conditions of the two devices. A device generates a cryptographic key using the determined value of physical dimension. The other device generates another cryptographic key using the determined value of physical dimension. One of the two devices determines, in addition, a value for another physical dimension under consideration of the environment conditions.
