Abstract: For example, a wireless communication device may be configured to determine an expected interference-based value corresponding to an Uplink (UL) transmission from a wireless communication station (STA) in a Trigger-Based (TB) Multi-User (MU) UL transmission to be communicated from a plurality of STAs to the wireless communication device; to determine one or more transmit (Tx) configuration parameters for the STA based on the expected interference-based value corresponding to the UL transmission from the STA; and to transmit a trigger frame to trigger the TB MU UL transmission, the trigger frame including the one or more Tx configuration parameters to configure the UL transmission from the STA.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed to manage a self-adaptive heterogeneous emergency network. An example apparatus to establish recovery nodes includes failure detection circuitry to determine a node initiated a reset procedure, override circuitry to suppress a native recovery procedure of the node, formation circuitry to initiate a heterogeneous recovery procedure, and trust circuitry to measure a root of trust of the node. Further, the example apparatus instantiates the formation circuitry further to broadcast heterogeneous recovery packets, and activate listener ports for responses to the heterogeneous recovery packets.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to probes with service set identifier (SSID). A device may determine one or more access points (APs) in an enterprise extended service set (ESS). The device may identify a probe request received from a first station device, wherein the probe request comprises a service set element, wherein the service set element comprises a variable number of service set fields based on a number of APs in the ESS. The device may determine that a service set that matches at least one of the service set fields in the service set element. The device may cause to send a probe response to the first station device in response to the probe request.

Abstract: Briefly, in accordance with one or more embodiments, a fixed device synchronizes with a downlink channel of a network, acquires a master information block including a last system update time; and executes cell selection without acquiring other system information if the last system update time is before the last system access time. Furthermore, the fixed device may listen only for system information block messages that it needs, and ignore other system information blocks. A bitmap may indicate which system information block messages should be listed to for fixed devices, and which may be ignored. In some embodiments, one or more system information blocks may be designated for fixed devices.

The device may determine a quiet period between the first A-MPDU subframe and the second A-MPDU subframe. The device may cause to send the plurality of A-MPDU subframes to the station device on a first channel. The device may determine a status of a second channel during the quiet period. The device may cause to send the second A-MPDU subframe to the station device using a multi-band transmission on the first channel and the second channel.

Abstract: In embodiments, apparatuses, methods, and storage media may be described for monitoring channel quality of a radio link between a secondary evolved NodeB (SeNB) and a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication network configured for dual connectivity. In embodiments, the UE may generate one or more indications of a channel quality of the SeNB-UE radio link and forward the indication to the SeNB. Based on the indication, the UE may receive a radio resource control (RRC) message from a master eNB (MeNB) related to the SeNB-UE radio link. Other embodiments may be claimed.
