Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a support means system without having a conventional defect. SOLUTION: This support means system has at least one rib 20.3 or a groove supporting a cargo and having a wedge-shaped cross-section extending in the longitudinal direction of a support means 12.3. The belt-like support means 12.3 is driven by a support means pulley 4.3 having a wedge-shaped cross-section extending in the circumferential direction and having at least one corresponding groove or rib 22.3. When the support means 12.3 is directly seated on the support means pulley 4.3, cavities 34 and 35 exist between the rib crest of wedge-shaped ribs 20.3 and 22.3 and a corresponding groove base part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of installing guide rails in an elevator hoistway more efficiently. SOLUTION: The device and the method of installing the guide rails 10 in the elevator hoistway 1 uses a means 14 for aligning the guide rails 10, a common supporting means 13 for aligning the guide rails 10 as an assembly. At least one connecting element 14 is provided for each of the guide rails 10 to fix the guide rail 10 to the supporting means 13. The common supporting means 13 is structured so that the guide rails 10 on the guide rail 10 are fixed to the common supporting means 13 in order. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an elevator installation such that a setting traction capacity between a drivebelt sheave and a flat belt-like suspension means is higher than capacity absolutely required for safe elevator operation without a defect of a conventional elevator installation. SOLUTION: This elevator installation has: the drivebelt sheave 10; and the flat belt-like suspension means 11 bearing an elevator car and a counterweight and driven by the drivebelt sheave. A running surface 12 or a partial running surface of the drivebelt sheave 10 of resting the flat belt-like suspension means 11 on the drivebelt sheave via its flat belt-like suspension means, is friction-reducingly coated or friction-reducingly surface treated. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator for transporting load by guiding a traction means moved to transport load by as gentle manner as possible. SOLUTION: A device for transporting load includes the movable traction means 50 connected with load. A part of the traction means 50 is brought into contact with at least one roller 40 to guide the traction means. The roller includes coating 42 and a carrier 41 of coating, and the traction means 50 can be brought into contact with the coating 42. Coefficient of friction of contact between the traction means 50 and the coating 42 is smaller than corresponding coefficient of friction of contact between the traction means 50 and the carrier 41. Abstract:
A trailing rope tensioning device for an elevator installation includes at least one damper having at least one piston slidably received in a cylinder. The piston divides the cylinder into two chambers filled with a working fluid and connected together by a throttled connecting line as well as a channel fitted with a non-return valve. Attached to the piston is a fixed piston rod extending through the cylinder and emerging from ends of the cylinder. This arrangement requires no externally active container for damping.
Abstract:
An apparatus for the automatic loading and unloading of an elevator cabin equipped with at least one transport carriage which travels along with the elevator cabin, the transport carriage being displaceable at a story of the building out of and into the elevator cabin respectively, by means of a bucklingresistant driven roller chain trained about guides below the floor of the elevator cabin and engaging with an entrainment member of the transport carriage. With the transport carriage located at a starting position in the elevator cabin both confronting terminal or end elements of the buckling-resistant roller chain engage with the entrainment member secured to the transport carriage and confronting the elevator cabin floor. The buckling-resistant roller chain is driven through the agency of two synchronously rotating sprocket wheels rotatably mounted behind one another in the direction of movement of the transport carriage to both sides of the entrainment member of the transport carriage which is located in the starting position. During the outward movement of the transport carriage in the one or other direction of travel the forwardly located terminal element is disengaged from the entrainment member upon passing the corresponding sprocket wheel and during the return travel is again re-engaged and the other terminal element in the engaged position transmits the drive force to the transport carriage.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To so form a publicly known elevator device as to require less maintenance. SOLUTION: This elevator device comprises a drive unit 2 for driving at least one elevator support means 12 supporting an elevator car 3 by a drive wheel 4.1. In the elevator support means, a rib mechanism having at least two ribs 13 extending in the longitudinal direction of the elevator support means and engaged with the corresponding grooves of the drive wheel is formed on a towing surface facing the drive wheel 4.1. The rib mechanism comprises a tension support body mechanism having at least one tension support body 14 disposed in the ribs. The elevator support means has a carrier band 15 to which the ribs of the rib mechanism is fixedly bonded on the rear surface of a belt far from the towing surface. A groove 16 substantially reaching the carrier band is formed in the rib mechanism between two ribs 13 adjacent to each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a general-purpose belt for an elevator device in which a tension supporter can be accurately positioned on the belt. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a belt 1 for an elevator system comprises a step of manufacturing a first belt portion 2 in which grooves 2, 1 are disposed particularly in the longitudinal direction of the belt, a step of disposing the tension supporter 3 in the grooves, and a step of so connecting a second belt portion 4 to a first belt portion 2 that the tension supporter 3 can be stored in the belt 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a travel behavior after completing work or before delivering lift equipment to a customer, in a newly arranged lift equipment or lift equipment exposed to dust or receiving damage to a slide system in the whole correction range. SOLUTION: This mounting slide insert is used in a guide shoe 12 by a lift cage 14 of the lift equipment, and has a slide area and a fixed area insertable into the guide shoe 12 and fixable to the guide shoe 12. The mounting slide insert is a mounting slide insert 13 to be temporarily used, and has two mounting slide areas. The two mounting slide areas substantially extend in parallel with each other, and are composed of metal or include the metal so as to generate cleaning action in a guide rail 11 while the lift cage 14 moves along the guide rail 11 of the lift equipment.
