Abstract:
A moving walkway pallet is composed of a series of plates of a plate belt arranged to circulate between two deflecting regions of the walkway. Each plate has a base body with a base surface to which a tread element can be attached. The plates are pivotally connected to each other along pivot axes (SA) extending across a width (B) of the plates. The pivot axis is located either in a plane containing the base surface or above the side of the plane, remote from the base body. The base body has a width base body cross-section having a geometric center of gravity arranged below the base surface.
Abstract:
A track module of an escalator or a moving walkway comprises at least two support structures and at least one guide rail. Each support structure includes at least two supports and at least one cross strut, wherein the cross strut is arranged between the at least two supports and connects these together. Each support has a foot fastening region which, in the installed state, is fastened to a carrying structure. Moreover, a balustrade fastening region, to which in the installed state at least a part of a balustrade is fastened, is formed at each support, so that static and dynamic loads acting on the balustrade are transmissible directly to the carrying structure by way of the supports.
Abstract:
An escalator with a step belt or a moving walkway with a plate belt has a first deflecting region and a second deflecting region, wherein the plate belt or the step belt is arranged to circulate between the first deflecting region and the second deflecting region. The escalator or the moving walkway includes at least one guide rail arranged between the deflecting regions for guidance of the step belt or the plate belt, as well as at least one support, which is arranged between the deflecting regions for supporting the at least one guide rail. The at least one support includes a plurality of plug parts that in an assembled state can be plugged together by plug connections to form a box-shaped support base body.
Abstract:
A safety brake of an escalator or moving walkway includes at least one locking member, which is arranged so as to adopt a release setting or locking setting by means of a pivot movement. The locking member in the locking setting engages in at least one moved part of the escalator or the moving walkway and blocks this. In addition, the safety brake comprises a linear guide by which the locking member is linearly guided between a first position and a second position. The linear guide is mounted on a stationary part of the escalator or the moving walkway by a pivot axle.

The at least one support includes a plurality of plug parts that in an assembled state can be plugged together by plug connections to form a box-shaped support base body.
Abstract:
A step of an escalator or a pallet of a moving walk has a supporting body with a base and at least one tread-element with a tread-surface wherein, on an underside that faces away from the tread-surface, the at-least one tread-element has at least one fastening protrusion. In the assembled state, the at-least one fastening protrusion protrudes through an opening in the base. Arranged on the side of the base that faces away from the tread-element, at least partly between the base and the fastening protrusion, is at least one fixing element. The fixing element fixes the tread-element against the base in a pretensioned manner.
Abstract:
Guide rail for an escalator of a moving walkway, comprising at least one planar base surface with a guide surface for rollers, particularly for guide rollers of a step belt or plate belt of an escalator or a moving walkway, and at least one guide strip with a guide flank for lateral guidance of these rollers, wherein the guide strip is a separate component.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an escalator with a step belt or to a moving walkway with a plate belt. The step belt or plate belt has a link chain which contains engagement points arranged in succession at theoretically equal engagement spacings. The escalator or moving walkway has a first deflecting region and a second deflecting region with chainwheels. The link chain is arranged to circulate between the deflecting regions and the engagement points engage in tooth gaps of the chainwheels. The chainwheels have a pitch circle with a pitch which is referred to the tooth gaps and corresponds with half an engagement spacing of the link chain.
Abstract:
An escalator has a step belt or moving walkway has a plate belt, wherein the belt includes at least one link chain arranged to circulate between a first deflecting region and a second deflecting region of the escalator or the moving walkway. Guide rollers as well as steps or plates are arranged at the link chain. The link chain additionally includes system rollers. The guide rollers and the system rollers are arranged on at least three tracks lying adjacent to one another with respect to a direction of circulation of the link chain, wherein one of the tracks is occupied by the guide rollers and at least two of the tracks are occupied by the system rollers.
