An inorganic particle-containing composition comprising: (A) inorganic particles; (B) a binder resin; and (C) at least one plasticizer selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by the following formula (1): R &lparstr& O-R &rparstr& mOOC-(CH2 &rparstr& nCOO &lparstr& R -O &rparstr& mR wherein R and R are the same or different alkyl groups having 1 to 30 carbon atoms or alkenyl groups, R and R are the same or different alkylene groups having 1 to 30 carbon atoms or alkenylene groups, m is an integer of 0 to 5, and n is an integer of 1 to 10, and compounds represented by the following formula (2): wherein R is an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms or alkenyl group. A transfer film and a plasma display panel production process using the composition are also described.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition that is suitable for forming electrodes of a solar cell to be formed on a silicon substrate without increasing film thickness of the electrode having a low resistance value, by overcoming problems in a conventional technique. SOLUTION: The paste composition used to form the electrodes on the silicon substrate contains: (A) a conductive component containing ≥60 wt.% of flake-like aluminum having a particle size of 2-20 μm in 50 wt.% and a mean thickness of 0.1-1 μm; (B) a glass powder; and (C) a binder resin having a base number of ≥2 mgHCl/g. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film for forming a metallic pattern and a method of forming the metallic pattern, by which a low resistance electrode is manufactured, transparency of a flat panel display (FPD) is maintained and stripping of a metal foil from a glass paste layer is intercepted in a developing step, and disengagement of a resist layer from the metal foil is prevented in an etching step. SOLUTION: The transfer film for forming the metallic pattern is formed by laminating the resist layer, a metallic layer having 1-20 μm thickness and the glass paste layer on a support film in this order, wherein the glass paste layer contains glass powder and a binder resin having ≤5 mass% structural component derived from a monomer having a hydrophilic group. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a plasma display panel member, a panel material having an inorganic sintered body is formed by a method including a process in which a film forming material layer A is formed on a substrate and a latent image of a pattern A is formed by applying exposure treatment on the film forming material layer A, a film forming material layer B is formed on the film forming material A and a latent image of a pattern B is formed by applying exposure treatment on the film forming material B, and the pattern A and the pattern B are actualized by applying development treatment on the film forming material A and the film forming material B, and then, the pattern A and the pattern B are applied calcination treatment. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of resin composition containing inorganic powder which can appropriately make a glass-sintered material of high light transmittance and component materials for a PDP (plasma display panel) with fine surface smoothness, a transfer film with a layer of the above-mentioned composition with excellent flexibility and transferability, and a manufacturing method of the PDP using this transfer film. SOLUTION: The resin composition containing inorganic powder contains (A)inorganic powder, (b) bonding resin and (c) a dispersant containing phosphoric acid derivative. The transfer film has an inorganic powder-containing resin layer consisting of the above composition on a supporting film. The manufacturing method of the PDP forms a panel member by a method including a process of transferring the inorganic powder-containing resin layer on a substrate, and a process of calcinating the transferred resin layer.
