Abstract: Performance of an electronic apparatus is improved. A terminal of the electronic apparatus includes: a first metal layer made of aluminum; and a second metal layer which is arranged on the first metal layer, which is bonded to a cap film and which is made of titanium. The cap film includes a metal film which is made of titanium and is bonded to the second metal layer. The metal film includes: a contact portion which totally covers a portion of the metal layer ML3 of the terminal, the portion being exposed at an opening of an insulating layer from the insulating layer; and a peripheral portion which is arranged outside the opening and which continuously surrounds the contact portion in plan view. The insulating layer intervenes between the peripheral portion of the metal film and the terminal.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, in a display device, a display substrate includes color filters of a plurality of colors arranged in a display area. The color filters are arranged in different colors alternately in a first direction and the same colors in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. A first separation substrate separates wavelength light from received backlight according to the arrangement of the colors in the first direction, and outputs the separated light to a second separation substrate. The second separation substrate separates wavelength light from the received light from the first separation substrate according to the color of each row in the second direction, and outputs the separated light to the display substrate.

Abstract: Each of a first wiring and a second wiring of a display device includes a first metal wiring portion made of a first metal material such as copper or a copper alloy and a second metal wiring portion electrically connected to the first metal wiring portion and made of a second metal material different from the first metal material. In a first region overlapping with a semiconductor layer, the second metal wiring portion is arranged and the first metal wiring portion is not arranged. In a second region which is arranged so as to surround the first region and does not overlap with the semiconductor layer, each of the first metal wiring portion and the second metal wiring portion is arranged. The second metal wiring portion arranged in the first region is covered with an organic insulating film.

Abstract: Performance of an electronic apparatus is improved. A display apparatus includes: a substrate; a wiring arranged on the substrate; an insulating layer being an inorganic insulating layer made of an inorganic material and covering the wiring; and a bump electrode being connected to the wiring and protruding from the insulating layer. The bump electrode includes: a first conductor portion being made of a first metal material and being connected to the wiring; and a second conductor portion being made of solder containing tin and being arranged on the first conductor portion. The first conductor portion includes: a first portion being connected to the wiring at a position overlapping a first opening formed in the insulating layer; and a second portion separating from the first portion and being connected to the wiring at a position overlapping a second opening formed in the insulating layer.
