PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer electrolyte reliably used for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell having excellent durability and generating power stably for a long term.SOLUTION: A solid polymer electrolyte membrane includes a polymer having a sulfonic acid group, at least one type selected from an aluminum ion and an aluminum compound, and 0.01 to 1 mmol/g of at least one type selected from the aluminum ion and the aluminum compound to the polymer. Alternatively, a liquid composition includes the polymer having a sulfonic acid group, the aluminum compound, a solvent, and 0.01 to 1 mmol/g of the aluminum compound to the polymer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage cell which has low toxicity to a living body even when a solid electrolyte layer is exposed to the living body, and whose charge/discharge characteristics can be restrained from deteriorating even if water intrudes into the power storage cell.SOLUTION: A power storage cell 100 includes: a power storage unit 32 formed by laminating a positive electrode 40, a negative electrode 50, and a solid electrolyte layer 60 provided between the positive electrode 40 and the negative electrode 50; and a biocompatible material layer 90 which is provided in the direction intersecting with the lamination direction of the positive electrode 40, the negative electrode 50 and the solid electrode layer 60 of the power storage unit 32. The solid electrolyte layer 60 contains a silver ion-conductive solid electrolyte.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage cell which has high output voltage, and has low toxicity to a living body even when a solid electrolyte layer is exposed to the living body.SOLUTION: A power storage cell 10 includes: a power storage unit 32 formed by laminating a positive electrode 40, a negative electrode 50, and a solid electrolyte layer 60 provided between the positive electrode 40 and the negative electrode 50; and an outer package 10 in which the power storage unit 32 is housed. The plurality of power storage units 32 are provided, and the plurality of power storage units 32 housed in the outer package 10 are connected in series and the solid electrolyte layer 60 contains a silver ion- conductive solid electrolyte.
