    Abstract: An injection nozzle for injection moulding purposes has a nozzle body with a feed passage opening which is normally closed by a needle valve. The injected resin, under high pressure, forces the needle valve to retract and open the nozzle. The improvement is a piston on the needle valve acted on by spring means to urge the needle valve to closed position, the needle valve having a valve element which, when the needle valve is fully opened, seals off the cylinder in which the piston moves, thereby to prevent entry of injection material into the cylinder. The cylinder may optionally have a charge of gas under high pressure in it, or a material which produces such a charge under the operating conditions of the nozzle.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser having a very low power consumption and producing no hot air. SOLUTION: Refrigerant gas heated and pressurized by compression heat is cooled, depressurized, condensed, and liquefied by the turning flow (swirl flow) of the refrigerant gas caused by a nozzle device 3 installed at the side surface of the cover 2 of a cylindrical container 1 and the refrigerant gas blown into a ring-shaped groove 4. The refrigerant liquid accumulating in a liquid accumulating groove 5 provided in the bottom center part of the cylindrical container 1 is fed to the nozzle device of a multi-stage swirl flow condenser through a conduit 6 installed at the center of the cover 2 of the cylindrical container 1, and further fed from the final stage conduit of the swirl flow condenser to the nozzle device (expansion valve) for evaporator.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a needle valve type low pressure expansion valve for freezer with a high atomizing efficiency by a method wherein a cylinder part is provided at a nozzle port, and a drill-shaped needle valve with deep screw grooves is inserted into the cylinder part. CONSTITUTION:For a central holding and guiding of a nozzle port 1 and a needle valve 2, a vavle seat 3 'of an acute angle of about 30 deg. and a cylindrical part 4 are provided, and the needle valve 2 having an acute angle of about 30 deg. which can slide for engagement is inserted into the cylindraical part 4. The needle valve 2 is formed of several deep screw grooves 5. Valve-related parts positioned in the forward direction of the nozzle port 1, which are apt to cause troubles for spraying are all provided behind the nozzle part 1. That is, pressure adjustment springs 7 and 8 are provided symmetrically on the righthand and lefthand sides with respect to a diaphram 6, and an adjustment of jetting pressure is realized by an adjusting screw 9. A pointed end of the needle valve 2, while the valve 2 is holding its central poistion without fail with a high precision by means of the cylindrical part of the nozle port 1, passes through the deep screw grooves 5 which are engraved in the needle vavle 2 to make liquid form a swirling stream, so that spraying may be obtained out of the nozzle port 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the cooling effect and improve efficiency by fixing a labyrinth seal board constituted of cylindrical labyrinth angular projections and a circulated cooling water path to a casing side face on the side face between both fins of a centrifugal fan. CONSTITUTION:A vertical labyrinth seal is provided in the radial direction to a rotary shaft 9. Cylindrical labyrinth angular projections 5 are provided in many stages on both faces of a fixed side labyrinth board 7 with a circulated cooling water path 6 and fixed on a casing side face 8. A rotor board 1 with cylindrical labyrinth fins and a centrifugal fan 4 with cylindrical labyrinth fins 3 are incorporated at a proper interval. A thin labyrinth seal system with a cooling function and high efficiency is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the friction, wear and seizure of sealing members to improve their durability by making a slide-type V-shaped thrust ring formed of springs and gas pressure pressurize upon vaned thrust rings to press the vaned thrust rings against a V-shaped sealing face for sealing them. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular groove 2 is ring-shapedly cut on the side of an impeller 1. A V-shaped thrust ring 3 is inserted in the groove 2. V-shaped thrust rings 41, 42, having resisting blades 43 to make fluid decelerate the thrust ring rotating with the thrust ring 3 are provided in a pair. A slide type V-shaped thrust ring formed of springs 6, 51, 52 and gas pressure put pressure upon the driven vaned thrust rings 41, 42 to press the thrust rings 41, 42 against each V-shaped sealing face for sealing them. Thus the friction, wear and seizure of sealing members can be reduced to improve their durability.

CONSTITUTION:A thread groove 12 on the inner wall surface of a cylindrical casing 11. A thread groove 22 is formed on a rotor 21 and also a blade 23 is provided on the rotor 21. Operating fluid from an injection port 3 flows through spaces among the inner wall surface of the casing 11, the thread groove 22 and the blade 23 so that rotating force is imparted to the rotor 21. Since the operating fluid flows in a coil state, with a large resistance, it is possible to obtain a large torque in rotation.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston device stronger, lighter, more inexpensive, less in hardening wear than a cast iron piston, the piston device having less machining processes, more inexpensive, less gas leakage, more strength and less air pollution than a light alloy piston. SOLUTION: A piston body 1 is manufactured by deep drawing a steel plate and then a piston bearing 2 is deep drawn. A terminal end caused by deep drawing is finished by agent machining. Assembly is carried out by pressing a piston bush 3 having collar steps into the piston body 1 at its inside. The steel plate piston body 1 is polished after carbonization and hardening or nitrogenation.
