AN IN-MOLD EXPANDED MOLDED PRODUCT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION INCLUDES EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE RESIN PARTICLES COMPRISING A POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING AN ALIPHATIC DIETHANOLAMINE FATTY ACID ESTER AND AN ALIPHATIC DIETHANOLAMINE IN A TOTAL CONTENT OF NOT LESS THAN 0.1 PART BY WEIGHT BUT NOT GREATER THAN 5 PARTS BY WEIGHT WITH RESPECT TO 100 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF POLYPROPYLENE RESIN AND THE EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE RESIN PARTICLES.

THIS IN-MOLD FOAM MOLDED BODY, WHICH HAS A THIN SECTION AND IS CONFIGURED FROM POLYPROPYLENE RESIN FOAM PARTICLES, IS CHARACTERIZED BY THE POLYPROPYLENE RESIN FOAM PARTICLES COMPRISING A POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION THAT CONTAINS AN ALIPHATIC DIETHANOLAMINE FATTY ACID ESTER AND AN ALIPHATIC DIETHANOLAMINE, THERE BEING A TOTAL OF 0.1-5 PARTS BY WEIGHT INCLUSIVE OF THE ALIPHATIC DIETHANOLAMINE FATTY ACID ESTER AND THE ALIPHATIC DIETHANOLAMINE FOR EVERY 100 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF POLYPROPYLENE RESIN.
Abstract:
A resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene-based resin. 17.6 parts by weight or more and less than 33.4 parts by weight of conductive carbon black, and 0.1 parts by weight or more and 3.0 parts by weight or less of a water-soluble organic substance, the resin composition having a melting point Tm of 145°C or more and 155°C or less as measured by a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method, and having a temperature difference ”T of 50°C or more between the melting point Tm and the crystal melting start temperature Tl in the DSC curve.
