Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a hair-care cosmetic composition having a hair-dyeing effect, free from stickiness, excellent in hair dressing effect and having a tendency to gradually improve its hair-dyeing effect as it is repeatedly used. Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition improved in the touch feel to the hair, imparting the hair with luster and slipperiness, also causing no corrosion of metallic vessels. CONSTITUTION:This aerosol composition contains a cationic surfactant with its counterion being of organic compound. The cationic surfactant is e.g. a monoalkyl trimethylammonium, dialkyl dimethylammonium, alkyl dimethyl benzylammonium, alkyl fatty acid aminoammonium, etc., being esp. pref. stearyl trimethylammonium in terms of imparting the hair with favorable luster. The organic compound to be used as the counterion is e.g. saccharin, methyl sulfate, ethyl sulfate, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, etc., being esp. pref. saccharin in terms of giving the touch feel such as slipperiness favorable. The content of the cationic surfactant in the composition is pref. 0.01-20 (esp. 0.05-5)wt.%.
