Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric that can effectively manufacture a nonwoven fabric in which any curvature or uniformity in its thickness is corrected from a belt type nonwoven fabric having curvature or ununiformity in its thickness.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric comprises an air supplying duct 3 supplying a hot wind blown on a nonwoven fabric 2, a suction drum 4 suctioning the hot wind from a suction hole formed in its circumference surface to pass the air through the nonwoven fabric, a tensioning means 5 provided at the downstream of the suctioning drum 4 and tensioning the heated nonwoven fabric with the hot wind, and a pair of guide rolls 6 and 7 for winding the nonwoven fabric 2 around the circumference surface of the suctioning drum 4. The guide rolls 6 and 7 comprises a first guide roll 6 guiding to introduce the nonwoven fabric on the circumference surface of the suctioning drum, and a second guide roll 7 guiding to deliver the nonwoven fabric from the circumference surface of the suctioning drum. The apparatus comprises a suctioning suppressing member 8 provided on the outer surface side of the suctioning drum at a portion positioned from the second guide roll 7 to the first guide roll 6 in the rotating direction of the suctioning drum.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hair holder easily, continuously and spirally rolling a roll-up yarn around the outer circumferential face of a cylindrical body. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the hair holder uses a conveyer 2 which has a plurality of first stationary guides 23A capable of conveying the cylindrical body 17 longitudinally and erected adjacent to a width directional one end in the conveyance surface, and a plurality of second stationary guides 23B erected adjacent to the width directional other end in the conveyance surface; and a yarn feed mechanism 32 provided separately upward the conveyance surface of the conveyer 2. The yarn feed mechanism 32 is disposed outward in the width direction of the conveyer 2 in the stationary guides 23A and 23B, while the roll-up yarn 13 is fed from the yarn feed mechanism 32 with the roll-up yarn 13 laid on the stationary guide 23A or 23B, and the yarn feed mechanism 32 is moved alternately in the front side and the rear side of the conveyer flow direction of the cylindrical bodies 17 from the width-directional one end side to the other end side in the conveyance surface to lay the roll-up yarn 13 on the stationary guides 23A and 23B. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a shape imparting tool for easily manufacturing the shape imparting tool without the need of successively inserting a wind-up thread to small holes intermittently provided on a cylindrical body. SOLUTION: The method is for manufacturing the shape imparting tool comprising the cylindrical body 2 and the wind-up thread 3, for which a plurality of inserting and hooking hole parts 6 for inserting and hooking the thread 3 are provided on both side edge parts of the cylindrical body 2 and the thread 3 is successively inserted and hooked to the hole parts 6 and wound around the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 2 in a spiral shape. On a belt-like sheet 4 constituting one surface and a belt-like sheet 5 constituting the other surface at both side edge parts of the cylindrical body 2, a pair of inward cuts are formed while making angles be different and shifting the end edges of both cuts, and the belt-like sheets 4 and 5 are partially joined in the state of opening the end edges of both cuts. By successively inserting and hooking the thread 3 to the cuts and disposing it, it is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 2. The vicinities of both cuts of the belt-like sheets 4 and 5 are joined in this state to form a joined part 7, and the hole parts 6 are formed of the cuts and the joined part 7. SOLUTION: This treatment facility is provided with a stamper washing and drying device 12 for washing and drying a stamper 1, a protective sheet pasting device 13 which pastes a protective sheet 9 on the recording surface of the stamper, a back polishing device 14 which polishes the back of the stamper and a stamper transferring device which transfers the stamper to each device which treats this stamper 1 with its surface provided, 2 with the recording surface of the stamper 1 kept downward.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric which can produce a curvature corrected and highly smooth spun-bonded nonwoven fabric by correcting curvature and irregularity on the surface efficiently.SOLUTION: The method for producing a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, in which the curvature corrected spun-bonded nonwoven fabric is produced from a curved belt-like spun-bonded nonwoven fabric, comprises the steps of: bringing a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric 2 having elasticity in its width direction into contact with a heating roller 3 while conveying the nonwoven fabric 2 in its longitudinal direction to heat the nonwoven fabric 2 to a temperature of a melting point or less and a softening point or more of a constituent fiber thereof; and just thereafter, bringing the nonwoven fabric 2 into contact with a cooling roller 4 having a smooth surface to cool the nonwoven fabric 2 rapidly.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for improving operability by preventing the sheet of the heating device from being broken when the heating device is detached from clothing such as panties.SOLUTION: The heating device includes first and second sheets 13, 14, and heat generation parts 11. Peripheral edge adhesion areas 15 and a space surrounded by the areas are formed in the second sheets 13, 14. The peripheral edge adhesion areas 15 include upper and lower edge adhesion areas 15a, 15b and right and left edge adhesion areas 15c, 15d. The heat generation parts 11 are horizontally juxtaposed in the space. The second sheet 14 has adhesive parts 16 that include a center adhesion part 16e and right and left end adhesion parts 16c, 16d. The right end adhesion part 16d is arranged by partial superimposition on the right edge adhesion area 15d, and the left end adhesion part 16c is arranged by partial superimposition on the left edge adhesion area 15c. The center adhesion part 16e is arranged between the upper and lower edge adhesion areas 15a, 15b and also by superimposition on both of the upper and lower edge adhesion areas 15a, 15b.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid dropping device that can prevent liquid sagging and a liquid sagging preventing method in a liquid dropping device dispensing with a complicated mechanism nor control. SOLUTION: The liquid dropping device 10 including a flexible tube 11 having channels for the liquid that drops inside, a nozzle 12 that is connected to an end 11a of the tube 11 and has a dropping port 12a of the liquid at a lower end, and liquid sending means 21A, 21B that send the liquid to the nozzle 12 through the tube 11. The liquid dropping device 10 drops the liquid to a workpiece 30 positioned under the dropping port 12a from the dropping port 12a. The dropping port 12a is comparted into a plurality of channels in plane view. The nozzle 12 is movably disposed with the tube 11 connected thereto, and the channels in the inside are designed to be blocked by allowing the tube 11 to be bent as the nozzle 12 moves. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle correction method of a sheet for correcting wrinkles caused in a coating part when continuously coating a hot melt agent in the carrying direction of the sheet in the present invention.SOLUTION: The wrinkle correction method of the sheet corrects the wrinkles caused in a coating area 13 by coating the hot melt agent with a part in the orthogonal direction to the longitudinal direction of the sheet 11 of a long size belt body having flexibility in the orthogonal direction to the longitudinal direction by being carried along the longitudinal direction, as the coating area 13. The wrinkle correction method of the sheet is provided for further pushing a roll surface of a flat guide roll 33 arranged on the downstream side of a stepped roll 30 from the reverse surface side of the sheet 11, by pushing a stepped part 32 of the stepped roll 30 having a small diameter part 31 and the stepped part 32 from the reverse surface side of the sheet 11 of the coating area 13 along its axial direction against the coated sheet 11.
