A sheet-like hair care product including (A) a substrate sheet containing cellulosic fibers and having a bending resistance of 10 to 70 mm measured by the 45° cantilever method in accordance with JIS L1096:2010 and (B) a liquid cosmetic composition. The substrate sheet (A) is impregnated with 1 to 50 g of the liquid cosmetic composition (B). The substrate sheet impregnated with the liquid cosmetic composition is preferably packaged in a packaging container having an access opening with an area of 25 to 4000 mm 2 and an openable and closable lid sealing the contents.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous hair shampoo exhibiting good foamability and foam quality and enabling hands and fingers to be moved easily at foaming, even when the damaged hair is shampooed, and exhibiting excellent removability of the foam at the shampooing and providing little remaining feeling at rinsing.SOLUTION: The aqueous hair shampoo contains (A) an anion surfactant, (B) a cationized hydroxypropyl cellulose having a specific construction, (C) a monoalkyl glyceryl ether or monoalkenyl glyceryl ether having a 4C-12C alkyl group or 4C-12C alkenyl group.
