The invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition containing a biodegradable resin, a plasticizer and a crystal nucleus agent, the plasticizer being a compound containing two or more ester groups in the molecule thereof, wherein at least one alcohol component constituting the ester contains an alkylene oxide having 2 to 3 carbon atoms, added in the average amount of 0.5 to 5 moles per one hydroxyl group, and the crystal nucleus agent is a mixture of the following crystal nucleus agent (1) and crystal nucleus agent (2); the crystal nucleus agent (1) being the following crystal nucleus agent (1-1) or crystal nucleus agent (1-2): crystal nucleus agent (1-1): at least one selected from compounds having a hydroxyl group and an amide group in the molecule thereof; and crystal nucleus agent (1-2) : at least one selected from hydroxy fatty acid esters; crystal nucleus agent (2): at least one selected from a metal salt of phenylphosphonic acid, a metal salt of a phosphate, a metal salt of an aromatic dialkyl sulfonate, a metal salt of rosinic acids, an aromatic carboxylic acid amide, rosinic acid amide, carbohydrazides, N-substituted ureas, salts of melamine compounds and uracils.

A polylactic acid resin composition containing (A) a polylactic acid resin, (B) a plasticizer, (C) an organic crystal nucleating agent, and (D) an acrylic/styrene copolymer having an epoxy group, wherein the above (B) plasticizer is an ester compound having two or more ester groups in the molecule, wherein the ester compound contains one or more members selected from the group consisting of an ester compound in which at least one kind of the alcohol component constituting the ester compound is an alcohol reacted with an alkylene oxide having from 2 to 3 carbon atoms in an amount of from 0.5 to 5 mol on average, per one hydroxyl group, and an ester compound represented by formula (I), and wherein the above (D) acrylic/styrene copolymer having an epoxy group is from 0.1 to 0.9 parts by mass, based on 100 parts by mass of (A) the polylactic acid resin. The polylactic acid resin composition of the present invention can be suitably used in various applications such as wrapping materials for food containers, daily sundries, and household electric appliances, trays for industrial parts, and the like.

A method for producing an injection-molded article of a poly lactic acid resin composition, including filling a melt-kneaded product of a polylactic acid resin composition containing a polylactic acid resin, a plasticizer containing a polyoxyalkylene group or an oxyalkylene group, and a mold releasing agent having a melting point of from 20° to 75°C in an injection-molding machine to mold in a die, wherein the method is characterized in that the above-mentioned injection-molding machine comprises a cylinder at least a part of which has a set temperature of 200°C or higher, that the die has a surface temperature of 85°C or higher, and that the die has a surface roughness of 1.0 µm or less. Since the molded article obtained by the method of the present invention has high productivity, and further excellent surface external appearance, the molded article can be used in various industrial applications such as daily sundries, household electric appliance parts, packaging materials for household electric appliance parts, and automobile parts.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain favorable flexibility and heat resistance in a polylactic acid resin composition.SOLUTION: In the method for producing the polylactic acid resin composition, a mixture containing the polylactic acid resin and surface-treated inorganic powder is kneaded by the use of the same direction-engaging biaxial extruder while conditions 1-3 are satisfied. The condition 1: a first temperature setting zone which is provided to include a range of at least 6.3D-13D mm from the central position of the raw material supply port of a barrel and in which the set temperature of the barrel is (Tm+50)-(Tm+80)°C, and a conveyance element is provided in a screw; and a second temperature setting zone which is provided to include a range after at least 19.3D mm and in which the set temperature of the barrel is (Tm-20)-(Tm+40)°C are provided. In the condition 2, in a range of 13D-20.9D mm, a first kneading part which has a length of 1D-4D mm and in which a kneading element is provided in the screw is provided. In the condition 3, in a range after 20.9D mm, a second kneading part which has a length of 1D-4D mm and in which a kneading element is provided in the screw is provided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin composition and a polylactic acid resin molded body having excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength and further having flexibility. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin composition includes a polylactic acid resin, a plasticizer and organic synthetic fibers, wherein the organic synthetic fibers are aromatic polyamide fibers and the plasticizer is a compound represented by the general formula (1): A-(B) b , wherein A is a 1-10C di- to decavalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group; b is an integer of 2-10, provided that ((carbon number of A)-b)≤4; and B denotes -COO-(R 1 O) c -R 2 or -(OR 3 ) d -OCO-R 4 (R 1 and R 3 are each a 2-4C alkylene group, c and d are each a number of 0.5-5, and R 2 and R 4 are each a 1-4C hydrocarbon group or H). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of efficiently obtaining an injection-molded article of polylactic acid resin excellent in heat resistance with excellent molding performance even without plasticizer. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of injection-molded article of polylactic acid resin comprises the following process (1) and process (2). In the process (1), a polylactic acid resin composition including a polylactic acid resin and an organic crystal nucleating agent comprising phenyl phosphonic acid metal salt is meltingly kneaded while being brought into contact with a supercritical fluid.
