Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve fluidity, dispersion resistance, self-filling property and long term fluidity-keeping property by incorporating a specific water soluble high molecular polymer, polymer or copolymer, formaldehyde condensation product and hydraulic powder. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of hydraulic powder such as cement, 0.1-10.0wt.% water soluble high molecular polymer (a) such as an alkylene oxide derivative obtained by adding 10-1000mol alkylene oxide to a 6-30C univalent alcohol or the like per the quantity of water necessary for producing the hydraulic composition, the polymer or copolymer (b) of one or more kinds of monomers selected among unsaturated carboxylic acids, the derivatives and the like, and one or more kinds of the formaldehyde condensation products (c) selected among methylol compound, or sulfonated compound of either one of naphthalene, melamine, phenol or the like are added in the ratio of (b):(c)=(60-99):(40-1) and by 0.3-3.0wt.% in total of component (b) and component (c) as available components per the cement and mixed by a dry blending method or the like to obtain the hydraulic composition.
