Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduling system for reducing the influence of disturbance. SOLUTION: This production scheduling system is provided with basic information concerning the information of product quantity per hour of a product and a plurality of operation patterns, and configured to, when the quantity of stock and the estimated number of demands are inputted as input information, make a production plan from the basic information and the input information. When the information of the estimated number of demands for each product is inputted, the quantity of production for every product in a predetermined period is calculated, and a production time necessary for manufacturing the product with the calculated quantity of production is decided based on the information of the estimated number of demands, and a product delivery term date when the production of the product is completed within the predetermined period for every product is assigned to a plurality of dates so that the number of stock of the product satisfies predetermined conditions based on the production time, and an operation pattern is selected so that more working hours for producing the product can be set so as not beyond the product delivery term. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To generally consider the decision of evaluation of plants with no individual difference and to decide these plants on the same evaluation standard by generating automatically a fuzzy production rule and a membership function and carrying out a fuzzy operation to decide the evaluation marks of each plant. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy operation is carried out based on the final working data obtained by an input device 1, a fuzzy production rule, and a membership function. That is, the narks calculated by a CPU 3 are totalized and displayed on a screen for each plant. For instance, the facilities, the quality and the production quantity have each reference point and consist of two or more pieces of information having the proper reference points in response to each importance as the output examples of a CRT display device 4. Then the evaluation marks of the alarm information, the facilities information, and the working information are calculated by the fuzzy operation. The device 4 can display the additional data necessary for the management items in addition to the evaluation marks and also has a data selection function to control the importance to the functions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost paper container of good disposal properties provided with improved bonding strength on a paste section while preventing a nonionic active agent or the like from permeating into a board. SOLUTION: A paper container 10 is formed of a material 11 provided with the content permeating preventing power on the side of an inner side of a board 21, and one end 11A of the material 11 is folded back, and the board 21 of the outer face of one end 11A of the material is bonded with the board 21 of the outer face of the other end 11B.

PURPOSE: To accurately predict sales amount over the long period of time based on a few data. CONSTITUTION: This device for predicting the sales amount over the period B from this month with a sales result quantity in the past over the period A from a prediction object month as input data is provided with an input means 101 for inputting the sales result quantity, a data storage means 102 for storing the sales result quantity, an arithmetic means 103 for optimizing a coupling coefficient for forming a neural network by the learning of the sales result of a previous year and predicting the sales amount for the period B at the time of prediction based on it, a neuro data table 104 for storing the coupling coefficient optimized by the arithmetic means 103 and an output means 105 for outputting a predicted value by the arithmetic means 103. When the input data to the neural network are normalized by a normalization coefficient calculated from the data of both years, prediction accuracy is improved.

PURPOSE:To accurately predict the sales amount of sales products from a quantitative numerical value such as past sales record quantity, etc. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of an input means 101 inputting various kinds of data including past sales record quantity, a data storage means 102 storing the inputted past sales record quantity for every predicting object, a fuzzy data table 103 registering the production rule defined by a fuzzy set showing the relation of the size of past sales record quantity and plural sales amount fluctuation degrees and a membership function, an arithmetic means 104 reading past sales record quantity from the data storage means 102, referring to the production rule and the membership function within the fuzzy data table 103 and determining future sales predictive quantity by quantifying the sales amount fluctuation degrees by performing a fuzzy calculation, an output means 105 outputting determined sales predictive quantity and a maintenance means 106 properly adjusting the production rule and the membership function registered in the fuzzy data table 103.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet tissue container smoothly taking out wet tissues formed of a weak material quality without being broken and easily holding a part of a following wet tissue in the state of being exposed from a take-out opening. SOLUTION: The wet tissue container 10 is provided with wet tissues 11 folded, overlapped together and sealed, and formed of an inner bag 12 with an inner bag opening 14, a container main body 17 and a cover member 18 and also provided with the replaceable inner bag 12 and an outer container 13 with the take-out opening 15, and the wet tissues 11 are taken out trough the inner bag opening 14 and the take-out opening 15. The inner bag opening 14 and the take-out opening 15 are of an elliptical shape, and a major axis L1 of the inner bag opening 14 is longer than a major axis L1' of the take-out opening 15, and a minor axis L2 of the inner bag 14 is shorter than the minor axis L2' of the take-out opening 15.

PURPOSE:To allow quick and accurate diagnosis of the state of a machine by storing a plurality of input status amounts for each type of machine and registering production rule and membership function in a fuzzy data table. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of status amounts of a machine to be diagnosed are inputted to an input means 101 and recorded for each type of machine in a machine data memory means 102. Production rules and membership functions defined by fuzzy sets and representative of relationship between the magnitude of the status amount and the frequency of a plurality of abnormal phenomena are registered in a fuzzy data table 103. An operating means 104 reads out status amount of a machine from the machine data memory means 102 with reference to a production rule and a membership function retreaved from the fuzzy data table 103 and quantifies frequency of each abnormal phenomena for the machine through fuzzy operation thus determining adaptability to each abnormal phenomenon which is subsequently outputted through an output means 105.
