Abstract:
A hairtreatment composition which comprises the following components (A) and (B): (A) a compound of general formula (1) wherein R is (a) hydrogen, (b) C3-C8 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl, (c) aryl, or (d) C1-C8 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl having at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of aryl, hydroxyl, ether, amide, carbonyl and carboxyl in the backbone chain or on the side chain; R is (a) hydrogen, (b) C1-C8 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl, (c) aryl, or (d) C1-C8 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl having at least one substituent selected from the group consisting of aryl, hydroxyl, ether, amide, carbonyl and carboxyl in the backbone chain or on the side chain; and n and m represent integers satisfying the relationship: 2 and R are not hydrogen atoms at the same time, and (B) a water-soluble polymer.
Abstract:
A method of detecting a heat-resistant fungus, which has a step of identifying the heat-resistant fungus using the following nucleic acid (I) or (II): (I) a nucleic acid including a nucleotide sequence set forth in any one of SEQ ID NOS: 24 to 35 and 83 to 86, or a complementary sequence thereof; or (II) a nucleic acid including a nucleotide sequence resulting from a deletion, substitution, or addition of one to several nucleotides in the nucleotide sequence set forth in any one of SEQ ID NOS: 24 to 35 and 83 to 86 and being capably of detecting the heat-resistant fungus, or a complementary sequence thereof.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of detecting Aspergillus fumigatus relatives specifically, conveniently, and promptly.SOLUTION: This detection method of Aspergillus fumigatus relatives includes identifying the Aspergillus fumigatus relatives, using a nucleic acid shown by a partial base sequence of β-tubulin gene.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly detecting a polyphenol capable of detecting the polyphenol adsorbed on microbial cells by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The method for detecting the polyphenol adsorbed on the microbial cells is provided by reacting the specimen containing the polyphenol with the microbial cells, then effecting a cerium compound with the reaction liquid, and then observing the crystalline materials of the cerium formed on the surface layer part of the microbial cells by an electron microscope.
