Abstract: A webcam device having a maneuverable extendable arm pivotally anchored to an anchor point, (such as a stand-alone, desk-top base in a preferred embodiment of the present invention), and whose miniature video camera, in an unobtrusive manner, can be centrally positioned at about eye level between a user and a computer monitor so as to capture an image of the face and eyes of the user engaged in a conversation with another user and thereby establish virtual eye contact between them.
