Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact light which can be used suitably for a night-time construction site, a night-time spot of an accident, on in the darkness. SOLUTION: A plurality of flickering LEDs 2, 2,... are contained in a transparent cylindrical body 1. A high luminance LED 3 is mounted to a tip 1a of the cylindrical body 1. These LEDs 2, 2,..., 3 are connected to each other in parallel. The flickering LEDs 2,2,... in the cylindrical body 1 are flickered in red so that the light of LED 2 flows from an end 1b of the cylindrical body 1 to the tip 1a so as to safely guide a vehicle to the travelling direction. The emission of the high luminance LED 3 attached to the tip 1a of the cylindrical body 1 can illuminate a notebook held by a hand.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a picture pattern drown on rotary drums of a game machine more visually impressively for a player.
