Disclosed are a water-conserving urinal valve using a shape-memory alloy and a water-conserving urinal valve using a shape-memory alloy which is capable of one-touch forced opening. The water-conserving urinal valve using a shape-memory alloy and the water-conserving urinal valve using a shape-memory alloy capable of one-touch forced opening comprise: an upper stopper formed with through holes allowing urine to flow in; an outer structure for collecting urine; a valve stopper separated from the outer structure such that urine is discharged; a biasing spring which is interposed between the upper stopper and the valve stopper and imparts a resilient force to the valve stopper so as to prevent the smell of urine and odours in the drain from flowing back; and a shape-memory alloy spring which is inserted inside the biasing spring and imparts a resilient force, towards the lower side of the outer structure, to the valve stopper such that the valve stopper is opened by urine; and, here, the outer structure and the upper stopper are screwed together such that the valve stopper opens by moving downwards. The above arrangement can prevent odours such as the smell of urine since the valve is normally blocked off by means of the exterior biasing spring using a double spring structure.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a combined wired and wireless barcode scanner. The combined wired and wireless barcode scanner includes a barcode reading module and a cradle module. The barcode reading module includes (1) an image information acquiring means for radiating light of a predetermined wavelength to a predetermined position of an image code for acquiring information stored in the image code, and acquiring necessary image information from the image code, (2) an image information reading means for reading the image information acquired from the image information acquiring means, and (3) a transmitting means for transmitting/receiving image information read by the image information reading means and a variety of control signals. The transmitting means has a wireless mode for wireless communication between the barcode reading module and the cradle module and a wired mode for the direct wired communication of the barcode reading module with a user computer, and includes (4) a wired-to-wireless switching means for controlling the transmitting means in accordance with the wired or wireless mode. The combined wired and wireless barcode scanner according to the present invention reads existing one-dimensional barcodes as well as two-dimensional barcodes, enables easy switching between a wired mode and a wireless mode, and provides both the convenience of a wired mode and the portability of wireless mode. Further, the wireless mode can be immediately switched to the wired mode by just connecting a USB cable upon the occurrence of an emergency such as a battery shortage caused by a long period of use of the scanner in the wireless mode, and the data read by the barcode scanner can be immediately transmitted to a user computer, and an emergency charging is enabled at the same time, thereby improving the reliability of the barcode scanner which operates under any condition. The combined wired and wireless barcode scanner of the present invention can be provided both as a handheld type and as a hands-free type to carry out a wide variety of work via a single barcode scanner irrespective of the work environment. The combined wired and wireless barcode scanner of the present invention is provided with a synchronization function and improved compatibility, which eliminates the necessity of replacing both the cradle module and the barcode reading module when either one of the modules is lost or has problems.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a window frame and a bent metal product, wherein a set of forming rolls for forming the window frame and the bent metal product are constituted by upper and lower surface support rollers, left and right side surface support rollers, and forming rollers. The upper and lower surface support rollers and the left and right side surface support rollers apply uniform physical force to a panel to prevent reaction caused by the forming rolls, and thus the panel is bent while basically being prevented from being corrugated while passing through the set of forming rolls. The apparatus comprises: upper and lower support rollers arranged on upper and lower surfaces of a panel such that the upper and lower support rollers tightly contact the panel to support the upper and lower surfaces of the panel; left and right side surface support rollers arranged on left and right side surfaces of the panel such that the left and right side surface support rollers tightly contact the panel to support the left and right side surfaces of the panel; and cylindrical foldable forming rollers arranged on the upper and lower surfaces or side surfaces of the panel, and bent at a predetermined angle, such that the forming rollers tightly contact the panel to bend the panel under uniform pressure. The apparatus of the present invention is provided with cylindrical foldable forming rollers which tightly contact the panel and bend the panel under uniform pressure, thus basically preventing the panel from being corrugated during forming.

PURPOSE: An iron panel bending apparatus and method using a movable V-cutting unit and a molding unit are provided to manufacture a box type bent product by fixing an iron panel in a specific position and moving the V-cutting unit and the molding unit in longitudinal and transverse directions. CONSTITUTION: An iron panel bending apparatus comprises an iron panel fixing unit, a transverse iron panel molding unit(200), a longitudinal iron panel molding unit, and a V-cutting unit(400). The transverse iron panel molding unit bends an iron panel fixed by the iron panel fixing unit to a certain angle while moving in the transverse direction. The longitudinal iron panel molding unit bends the iron panel to a certain angle while moving in the longitudinal direction. The V-cutting unit is installed on a side of the longitudinal and transverse iron panel molding units and cuts the iron panel before molding work using a V-cutting bite.

PURPOSE: A reducer of a driving device for a screen fireproof shutter is provided to increase the efficiency of a driving device and to enable the driving device with a reducer to be integrated with a roller pipe. CONSTITUTION: A reducer of a driving device for a screen fireproof shutter comprises a housing, reductive worm gear array(3,4,5,6), gears(7,71) and a rotating sensor. The housing has a cylinder shape and one end of the housing is connected to a DC motor. The housing comprises a groove, into which a reductive worm gear array can be inserted. The reductive worm gear array consists of two stages so that the central line(31) of the worm of first-stage reductive worm gear row and the central line(61) of the worm wheel of a second-stage reductive worm gear row match with the central line(12) f a motor shaft. The first-stage reductive worm gear row is connected to a DC motor shaft(11). The second-stage reductive worm gear row comprises an output shaft.

PURPOSE: A differential gear for vehicles is provided to simplify the structure of the power transmission of a vehicle as it is capable of carrying out an unauthorized transmission through electronic control. CONSTITUTION: A driving pinion gear(4) is meshed in a bevel gear of a differential ring gear(6). A differential gear case is integrated into a housing in a rotatable state, and it comprises a differential gear unit insertion space. A differential ring gear comprises the bevel gear and a control ring gear(7) which has been integrated so that an independent starting rotation is possible. A relay gear(5) is combined with the driving gear case by a shaft.
