The present invention relates to a multipurpose heating pad that can be placed atop a chair, mat, or other surface and used or placed below same and used, and more particularly, to a multipurpose heating pad formed as a standalone heating pad including a heating element controlled and operated by a controller that is selectively connectable to an AC power supply or a DC power supply, and one of various types of cover materials in which the heating element is entirely enclosed, wherein the heating pad can be used while placed atop or under any one of various objects that require heating, or can be directly attached to an object and used, such that through a simple adjustment of the size thereof, there are no restrictions with regard to the type of object with which the pad can be used, thus making the pad highly useful. Also, as the pad can be selectively used with an AC power supply, DC power supply, or a rechargeable power supply as required, it can be effectively used indoors, outdoors, and in moving vehicles. Further, when the inner heating element is formed in sections and the sections are sequentially operated, a significant amount of power is saved due to the heating effects of latent heat, thereby enabling a reduction in the power consumed, so as to provide a highly economical heating pad with low power consumption and a greatly extended operating time in the case of a rechargeable power supply.

The present invention relates to a cigarette paper coated with a coating material for Low Ignition Propensity (LIP) and a fire-safe cigarette having the same. More particularly, the present invention manufacture a cigarette paper by coating a predetermined area with a coating material for LIP to lower a porosity of the cigarette paper, and relates to a cigarette paper which retains original flavor and taste of the cigarette and has an improved fire-safety and a cigarette having the same. The present invention provides a cigarette paper containing a coating material for LIP having an improved quality as compared to a conventional composition applicable to a fire-safe cigarette and thus capable of retaining the original flavor of the cigarette as well as having ash integrity, and cigarette having the same.

The present invention relates to a thin film battery package. The thin film battery package includes: a case having an open top side and defining a predetermined space therein, wherein the case has one side at which first and second electrodes formed of a metal material are exposed and electrically connected to the outside; a battery block on which a plurality of unit batteries are stacked so that the plurality of unit batteries is electrically connected between a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the battery block is seated within the case so that the first and second terminals of the unit battery disposed at one end thereof are electrically connected to the first and second electrodes; and a cover sealed and coupled to the top surface of the case. According to the present invention, each of the unit batteries constituting the thin film battery package may be protected against the external environment, principally to prevent charging/discharging efficiency from being significantly reduced under a high temperature atmosphere. Also, since the case is manufactured using a sintering process, the electrodes may be disposed at various positions of the case and have various shapes. Thus, the thin film battery package may be used as a power source for various electrical devices.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a customized heating element and a heating element thereof. More particularly, a customized heating element is manufactured to obtain desired result values when producing or developing a heating article desired by a user. Therefore, the desired result values may be obtained by simply assembling or applying the customized heating element to the heating article to develop. The manufacturing method of a customized heating element according to the present invention includes the following steps of: setting specifications according to uses with working voltage, surface temperature and heating speed (time required for increasing temperature to target temperature), and designing a flexible heating wire, of which a specific resistance value is uniform per unit length, or a flexible heating element, of which a specific resistance value is uniform per unit surface area, appropriately for the specifications; and forming a customized heating element firstly by preliminarily fixing the flexible heating wire or the flexible heating element to a third fixing medium according to the design-contents and secondly by permanently fixing the same.

PURPOSE: A hands-free wind instrument trainer is provided to extend the range of a training place by reducing a noise problem. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free wind instrument trainer is comprised of a head gear(1), a rear neck belt(2), a mouth-piece(4), a bolt lever, and hose pipe. The head gear fixes the device with surrounding the head of a use while the rear neck belt assisting the fixation of the device. The mouth-piece has a lateral support stand over which a mouth-piece adapter is hanged. The bolt lever controls the angle of the mouse piece or fixes it. The horse pipe is connected to the end of the mouth piece to generate sound.

A tissue is provided to prevent a user from being infected with bacteria due to wet type tissue, by pouring water directly on the tissue or submerging the tissue in the water right before using the tissue so as to allow the user to use the tissue hygienically. A dry tissue(1) is formed of pulp material having a strong water-resistant property. The dry tissue is cut into a handkerchief size. The cut dry tissue is rolled up or folded in several layers. The rolled or folded dry tissue is packaged by the piece in a packing paper(2), of which all surfaces or only one surface is perforated by moisture absorption holes(3). The tissue is used by directly submerging the whole packing paper in water without unpacking the packing paper or unpacking the packing paper after pouring water on the packing paper.
